Wonderful customer service! I needed a personalized champagne bottle for my company convention. I called in and explained what I was looking for, Danny assisted me and said go ahead and send in the pictures of my idea and he could from there. To make it short- he made it exactly if not better than what I ever expected. The proofs did not to do justice so when I picked them up they were PERFECT. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, accommodating to getting it done within a week. I would highly recommend not off of just service but the cost was more than affordable. I bought my own bottles, artwork $50 and the etching was $20 per bottle. Most sites I had viewed were charging $120-$160. When I went in the storefront I was able to see some other items they create and I would definitely go back for other personalized gift ideas in the future. read more

The quality of the products this company makes is great they literally have something for everyone. In additional to their etched glass wine glasses and decanters they carry a ton of cute things inside their store. I went in originally looking for an engagement gift for a friend, which I found something perfect immediately. Then all the other goodies caught my eye. I was shopping for a gift to my husband for our 5th wedding anniversary - something made of wood. I wanted something unusual and locally made. I found Integrity Bottles online, read the reviews and decided to check them out. Entering the store, my eyes are immediately drawn to the etched glass displays along the wall. This is small storefront but the nice thing is that you could see several people working in the back packing away. One of the employees came out and asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted something made of wood for my anniversary. She told me they had a limited wood selection but that one of the employees had a brother who did woodwork and perhaps he could help me. She called Juvian up to the front and he showed me his brother Kaleb's work on his phone. I saw some terrific wood gifts, identified a box that I liked along with some wood puzzles and called Kaleb who said he would bring them to the store in about an hour. That gave me time to go to the bank for some money and visit with the next door lady and her two dogs. Once Kaleb arrived, we negotiated our deal and I left a happy customer! read more

We worked together on the design and the price for this custom project was more than satisfactory. The order was a bit delayed after she received the first design.
