I recently had an outstanding experience at Integrity Hail Auto Repair, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Steve and his team treated me like family. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer service was evident at every step. One of the best parts was that my deductible was waived, and I paid no out-of-pocket fees. This is something I've found other shops may advertise, but often keep your car for an extended period or do subpar work. Not here! The turnaround time was impressively fast, and when I saw my car, I was amazed--it looked brand new! Every mark and blemish was completely gone, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I had specific requests regarding the repairs, and they were incredibly attentive, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. There was a chrome scuff on one handle, and they ended up replacing the entire handle with a new one. I know the handle took a lot of time since I have a mini cooper and they even took it by the dealer to troubleshoot! There were a couple items they paid out of pocket for as well: the stickers on the front of my hood, and some additional dents that were not caused by hail- it was done out of the kindness of their heart. I'm so glad I found this business. Integrity Auto Hail Repair has truly earned my trust, and I will be going here for all my body repairs in the future. Do not take your car here. They are charlatans and liars. They said all the parts on my car were replaced with OE. Not true. They committed fraud against State Farm and are misrepresenting they are a Veteran organization. Shame on them. So disrespectful. The manager assured me my complaints would be taken care of that day through a Zelle request. They were not taken care of. Integrity? There is NONE! read more

Integrity Hail Systems takes care of you. Despite the wait, I had a good experience! They were great about working with my insurance and setting up my rental car (all of the headache that people don't want to deal with). Even by the end of the experience, my car was waiting for me with a fresh wash. If you've got hail damage, I would check them out! They really do go the extra mile to provide good customer service. read more

Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough. This may have been the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'm a procrastinator so yes, I waited until November to fix the hail damage from this summer. My roommate had had Integrity Hail Systems fix his car twice and was super happy with them, so I was expecting a good job. I should have had higher expectations because they would have surpassed them. My rep, Marcus, explained everything over the phone and while he could have fit me in on a weekend (with short notice), I was able to drop my car off on a Monday. He went over everything with me, taking his time but being efficient. He went over the hail damage with me and showed me all of the spots that would need fixed. He also saw a ding on my car and said they could get it out, and saw that my wipers needed replacing. He said he could have his guys replace the wipers at cost for me. I got a similarly sized rental, and the rental process was super quick and easy. I had the car for two weeks before I was able to pick up my car. It looked brand new! Marcus had it vacuumed and washed for me. I had mentioned a few areas of improvement for the rental company, since the car I picked up was white and super dirty, there was no car brush and the tire pressure was low. Nothing IHS could help, and ultimately not a huge deal, but I wanted to pass the info along so they could let Hertz know. Well, since I got the car washed and put pressure in the tires, Marcus said that we'd just call it good and cancel out the cost of that with the cost of the wipers. I insisted I pay for wipers, but Marcus was adamant. I left with a great looking, clean car, and super satisfied with everything. All I had to do was file a claim, and that was it - no long conversations with my insurance company, no having to handle getting a rental on my own, no long wait to drop my car off or pick it up. I am moving out of town, which is why I wanted to get my car in before December but if I was staying in Denver, I would ABSOLUTELY always get my hail damage fixed here. I'd put their number in my phone and bring them baked goods every time. Basically, I'm a fan and if I was staying in the area, I'd be a lifelong customer. Again, I cannot recommend them enough! read more

These guys are GREAT! Special Thanks to Stephen Brewster! You saved me thousands! These guys helped me out after my 2016 leased Toyota Tacoma received some hail damage last year. The damage was hard to see. In fact, I couldn't see it at all. I didn't even know I had hail damage until I decided to buy a new truck and tried to turn in my lease. They wanted to charge me $4,000! My insurance company wasn't very friendly about it either. I have a $1k deductible and they were giving me the runaround because I waited so long to make the claim. Then I caught a break. I was coming out of Costco and the guy parked next to me said "Hey! I just put a note on your windshield. Did you know you have hail damage?" That's how I met Stephen. Perfect timing! It turned out Stephen was an old Marine Corps guy and I trusted him immediately. Semper Fi! Anyway, Stephen says "I'll bet you we can fix your car without costing you a penny." And he was right! I was nothing but impressed with the service. The old building they operate out of is nothing pretty... in fact it's kinda ugly. It's also hard to find. I got lost looking for it, and that never happens to me. But the people who work there were so helpful! They walked me through the insurance process and made it easy. I hate dealing with that kinda stuff. I am not a paperwork kinda guy. This was a cinch. I'm going to tell all my friends. My new Tacoma is fantastic, and if I ever get caught out in a hailstorm again, I know where to go. read more

Steve and the team at Integrity Auto Repair are amazing! My car looked so terrible after a pretty rough hail storm. I was dubious that they would be able to get all of the dents out. My car not only looked brand new, but they detailed the inside as well! They were also the nicest group of people that I've ever worked with. They really took care of me and my car. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

Took my car here 5/7/20, they fixed the hail damage perfectly!!! There was an incident but once I talked to the owner (Rob) and his assistant (can't remember her name at the moment) they got me all taken care of and paid for the incident in full for my vehicle to be repaired. I would definitely reccomend having work done with them and if you run into any problems just make sure to talk to the owner or his assistant they are AMAZING people and DEFINITELY make sure their costumers are happy with the work and make sure that the vehicle is looking new!!!
