Despite having…read moreboth: the photos I took of my vehicle at drop off and Penske pre-scan photos, I am having to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix the damage they caused. I wouldn't recommend this location, employees are disingenuous. For context, my vehicle was at the Mercedes dealership being serviced the day prior to drop off at Penske. When I picked my car up at Penske, my head light was out and they told me 'it was out at drop off, there's no way we could have caused it to go out because we didn't touch it.' The light was not out at drop off and Mercedes would have included that in their inspection report. Come to find out, when they took the vehicle back to fix the mistakes in their paint job and primer oversprays, Derrick owned up to the light being unplugged. No one else could have unplugged it except a Penske employee. I WAS FLAT OUT LIED TO BY MY SERVICE REP. This is one of 6 different other new issues with my car when Penske handed it back to me. I'm glad I asked for a walk around. Extremely disappointing experience.

Upon picking it up, the check engine light was on. I then embarked on an extended RV trip towing the jeep and once it had approx 100 miles on it I started smelling a pungent odor. The. Shortly thereafter, my check engine light came on while in Napa. I took it to the jeep dealer and they found that the part used was not an oem part. It leaked oil all over my entire vehicle causing a 3 day delay in my trip. Autowits said there was a warranty but it only covered the part and labor. Their shoddy workmanship was discovered by the dealer as a missing clamp, a pinched and cut hose, another hose connected by the wrong clamp and a missing bracket. I produced pictures of the poor workmanship and spoke to Sonny and he denied responsibility saying the pictures showed him nothing. This shoddy workmanship has caused a 3 day delay waiting on parts and almost $2000 out of pocket in addition to their "warranty was willing to pay. When I asked why and for them to pay the difference, he hung up on me. GOOD LUCK AND CHECK THE PARTS THEY USE AS THEY ARE SUBSTANDARD.

I literally had to spend an hour of my time wiping all the paint dust and overspray from the vehicle after they worked on it. I'm being generous giving them two stars just because Austin who works there is a stand up guy and at least tried to make things right but sorry, your shop doesn't do quality work.

Absolutely delighted and that's why I have used Tech Plus Automotive for 3 cars, BMW M550i, Toyota Highlander Hybrid and now BMW X5 for many years. They are the most honest and thoroughly professional auto shop I have experienced. Their work is timely and often costs less than originally quoted. Ownership changed hands in 2022 but many of the highly skilled mechanics remained and the front office service advisors are top notch as are the original highly skilled mechanics who remained and providing quality repair work.
