I asked for potential noninvasive and less detrimental procedures and because their insurance hustle would not really benefit from nonsurgical procedures they flopped me. Go ahead and give me the bullshit number you give to everyone else, I already called and it's a rude staff member who sounds like they're being forced to answer the phone. We're trying to switch pain management clinics at this point because every time we call, they tell us "we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours" and they never do. My mom has cancer. She's in pain constantly and they just dismiss her. We live an hour away from the clinic and have to drive there on non-appointment days just to make them do their jobs. Health care obviously isn't the career path for everyone, as shown by the staff working in this clinic. Also, for anyone else who is going to call that number the person who respond to reviews gives you, don't bother. It's just the number to the clinic where they dismiss you and refuse to transfer you to a higher up. They just take a message from you and nothing is ever done about it. Learn some professionalism because this is insane. Original review: My mom is apart of this pain management program here, and having only been a patient there for less than 2 months we can already see how little they care about the patients there. They put you on medication and then suddenly pull you off it, or make you wait days for a refill when they should be on top of it. Every nurse practitioner there and office assistant are rude and uncaring. They make you feel stupid or incompetent and not to mention trying to contact them over the phone results in even worse service. I had pain in my knee for about three years. I also had bone on bone in my hip but never felt any…read morepain in my hip. To complicate the diagnosis I also had two other confirmed diagnoses of my knee. One doctor suggested a surgical procedure to correct one diagnosis of my knee. Another doctor said I needed a knee replacement, I did not. My Ortho doctor that I trust, confirmed that I did not need a knee replacement. Dr Tailor, who does not perform surgical procedures but looks for alternatives to surgery, determined that some of the pain in my knee was radiating from my hip and referred me back to my other, (Dr Tailor being one of them now) favorite Ortho Doctor Dustin Briggs for a hip replacement. I had the hip surgery about four months ago and the pain in my knee has definitely diminished. I still have some minor pain in my knee and still have the initial two diagnoses of my knee but the pain is not as severe. I am currently seeing Dr Tailor and he is trying options to determine what will work best. As he said, he likes to solve mysteries. He is wonderful, inquisitive and caring and has several options available, we shall see which one works. I highly recommend him. I like that surgery will be the last option, not the first.
