With all of the skills I learned in therapy, and getting on the right medication I am now back in school and doing well as well as working at a daycare. My insurance did not cover this place, so I had to get it approved and written off, but they did and I am so grateful because it was close to home and such a fantastic place. They also allow phones every day from 6-9 after the initial period which is a big plus to stay connected to the outside world if you have kids or just don't want or need to be completely cut off. If you are struggling with mental health it is okay to reach out and take some time off in order to be your best self again. This place allows you to do it in a safe environment. It is very scary but worth it!

The trauma therapy and support is in a league of it's own. A surprisingly little amount of time is actually spent talking about addiction directly, because the program is more broad and provides clients with a holistic new way of being in the world. They gossip bad the staff it's like a high school drama in this place. Beware of Isis she is one of the counselors she will tell other patients and staff your business and complain about you to them but never to your face. She is the definition of messyyyy and a l*ar. She will neglect your needs twist your words and instigate issues between you and other staff and patients. All while judging you even though she has only spoke to you once... If you have health problems or special needs don't go here they won't accommodate you, rather they'll make you feel like a burden. The food they serve here is very unhealthy, so unhealthy to the point I had to buy my own. Meds and property ended up missing upon my discharge and while I was in there. Then miraculously appeared. I counted my pills I brought and 6 pills of one of them are missing.... Some of the nurses and techs are nice that's about it. Needless to say just stay far away from this place if you can. Excuse my typos. They deleted this off Google too.

The counselor was uncaring and only took my basic information instead of helping me through the crisis and at the very least giving me some resources of places that would be willing to help me. It was humiliating to be pushed into the small lobby with that level of emotion in front of 2 men and a child, with a woman who came in as well. Even the receptionist did not offer my to use their bathroom to wash up or Kleenex. All they wanted was to be paid and me out of there. This is absolutely the last place I would send anyone to. If you want help, resources, connection don't waste your time and/or money. This place does not even worthy of 1 star. 2/8/2020 You were correct about one thing, I did not get charged $100...I got charged for $200 and it shows on the bottom that I used a debit or credit card. I've been seeing Dr. Blue since 2020 and reached out to him during the latter of 2019. It started as weekly, transitioned to bi-weekly sessions, and finally tapered off to monthly sessions. My mental health has improved since the introduction of Dr. Blue, and he's helped me get through some pretty difficult chapters of my life. He has incredible compassion, is knowledgeable, and is insightful with decades of experience. Dr. Blue is patient and optimistic yet realistic. He seeks deeper connections and is constantly looking to change as you need and while you experience setbacks and moments of growth. His office also accepts a wide variety of insurances (i.e. UnitedHealthcare). Therapy often has a social stigma that you're considered "broken" after experiencing a setback; it doesn't have to be that way. Having a healthy mindset is helpful in one's life and the choices we make. Having Dr. Blue in your corner is the first step to healing. I cannot even describe how much he has encouraged, challenged, and helped me. He is someone who creates a wonderfully safe and therapeutic space where I feel comfortable and able to be vulnerable. Finally reached someone and provided a cancelled check showing they deposited our payment in their account. They still request more personal bank information before resolving. Absolutely unacceptable and poor billing process. Obviously having a special needs child with BPD is difficult enough with many mental health bills over the years. Receiving an erroneous bill monthly that was paid 15 months earlier doesn't help with our stress and frustration. Also their care did not improve our daughter's condition but BPD is not curable so I don't fault them for their efforts with care...just very poor billing service.
