Your children will KNOW how to defend themselves. Not only does Muay Thai teach you respect, it instills discipline and comradery. No matter what kind of day you have, come to class and leave it on the floor. Thank you to Ibere and the rest of the coaches/ teammates at Team link. Overall I must say the first day was the last time I'd attend a normal gym primarily. I take the adult Muay Thai classes and I'll say right now, all those years of hurt, sadness, and anger were all gone with the first punch, and it makes you want to come back again and again! The whole coaching staff is absolutely amazing as well as the fighters they have. Everyone wants you to be a better you!! I love coming here and look forward to someday competing with/for them. All in all, this place saved me. And I'll forever be grateful for coach Kosta, Scott & Ibere

We decided to try mixed martial arts to help our child develop self discipline, perseverance, defend himself, and also learn hard work and dedication . A lot of kids in today's society expect things to be handed to them. We wanted our child to know the joy of hard work paying off and earning your success. The growth we have seen in him from only a couple months is amazing. Instead of him saying "I can't" constantly when something is hard, he tries- and most of the time succeeds. If he does not succeed he has learned to practice and try again. His confidence has grown tremendously, he has learned it is not always about winning , but rather learning and growing. If you're on the fence of what to do for extracurriculars for your child- this is it. This is a family run school- which gives it that extremely close knit feel. We love Master Cooper, Master Mike, and Master Red! They made us feel like part of the team immediately and you can tell they have a passion for what they do.Come join the team and watch your child thrive.

WRONG! I tried for years to go to the low cost gyms but I never saw the results I wanted. At Sitsuphan you get results! Sitsuphan got me in the best shape of my life which I owe to their top notch coaching staff. The coaches/trainers at really help you get in shape and keep you motivated. They also have a number of classes and in the variety training that worked for my hectic schedule. I highly recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

The trainers were nice enough, but it was disappointing that during the workout they seemed very distracted. It was difficult to focus on the warm up exercises they assigned while they were gossiping about students with each other. I believe the trainers are knowledgeable and I would get a good education, but the lack of focus and lax attitude just really made me unmotivated to go back. If you are not excited about Muay Thai then how can you make me excited? I also didn't like that they are somewhat secretive with their pricing scheme. I asked several times about price and was never given a straight answer. Makes it seem less legitimate. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and I got the impression my experience was the exception and not the rule. Having said that I have already moved on to a new exercise venue and won't be giving sitsuphan another chance, but I am going to upgrade my rating to reflect my interaction with the owner.

No Jersey-shore wannabe "trainers" trying to sell their services while you try to work out. They offer a good variety of classes, and I don't feel too intimidated, as a woman, to participate. The customer service I've received has been very courteous and professional. I'm an adult, and read contracts before signing them, so I know that if I want to break the contract, I'll pay a fine. (This is a real contract, people and the gym has every right to require it as it is a real business.) Equipment is plentiful and well-maintained, there's always parking available, etc. If you are trying to train for pro- MMA or boxing, I don't understand why you couldn't do it here... you only get what you put in. Don't blame the gym, blame yourself. Also, yes; women, EVEN MOMS do use this gym. We make up 50% of the world's population, so yes, some of us will be at "your" gym. GTFO "gentlemen".
