From start to finish, they made the process incredibly easy and seamless. It started with the estimate. The estimator who came out was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and provided us with a very fair quote. When I finalized the quote, they easily accommodated my adjustments and scheduled the job. Just a week later, Team 2 arrived to tackle our land - 1/3 of an acre full of dense trees on a steep hillside--an incredibly large and very difficult job--and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The entire crew was professional, pleasant, hardworking, and very thorough. They took care of everything we had discussed, and when the work was finished, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, removing all the debris and leaves and even blowing off our driveway. By the time they left, everything looked fantastic. My husband and I were thrilled with how great it looked. We have used several different tree service companies over the years, and All Around Arbor Tree Service was by far the best experience we have had. The level of service, professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail truly stood out. A huge thank you to Team 2 and All Around Arbor Tree Service for such an outstanding job. We will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and exceptional tree service company! This is by far the best company out there!

A couple days later someone else came by to do the stump grinding and he was also great but I unfortunately don't remember his name! Only small complaint is that communication with the office/scheduling etc had some minor hiccups across the process of getting someone out for a quote, work being done etc but everyone was very nice throughout so it was just a small annoyance not a big issue.

I reached out to Samsara as a new homeowner in the area back in July. I had 3 very large (one…read moregiant) Doug Firs on my property which bordered 2 of my neighbors, and they needed to be pruned. I gathered 4 different quotes, and theirs was right in the middle. I felt really comfortable talking with Ben- a senior arborist and climber-about the job. This was probably the main reason I went with Samsara. On the day of the job 5 young gentlemen reported for duty. They spent from 0900 to about 1600 to prune the trees, There were 2 climbers. After I inspected- I felt there was a little more that could be done to the largest of the 3 Firs. I asked for Ben to come out to assess the job. He said they did great on the upper limbs but saw my concern for the lowers and agreed to come back. I also had him look at a Blue Spruce on the street side of my property that I discovered had some sort of root rot (continuous water engagement) and a pretty severe lean and he agreed it could be a concern. I received a second quote for this work and it was more than reasonable. They scheduled me within 2 weeks- which was today- and I was amazed at the quick work they made of these two elements of the job. Ben was the climber/detailer for the big Fir, and two other gentlemen made quick work of the Spruce removal. Very, very minimal disruptions for my neighbors on the roadway! Also, I have to say that the estimates they provided for both jobs were very detailed and included lot photos and tree site identification- by far the most professional of all the quotes I received. I'm very happy with the work they have done and will continue to use them as the need arises whether for planned (or unplanned) tree maintenance and emergencies. 100% recommend!

I do not know the questions they were waiting on but I was told that if I want the sidewalk fixed I need to tear out the sidewalk first and THEN ask for a root inspection to see if the offending roots can be cut out and if not then a tree removal permit can be filed again. On a separate note: I would advise anyone thinking of planting a street tree in Portland to reconsider due to the long term expense of dealing with the inevitable sidewalk damage and upkeep. That $75 per tree at the time from Friends of Trees has cost me thousands so far and will cost thousands more in concrete repair and is never ending. Once you plant one you can't remove it without replacing it and starting the cycle again.

He also treated my yard for a peony blight that had begun effecting not only my peonies, but other plants as well. I was so happy that he knew about this blight and how to apply what I'd bought at Portland Nursery as a cure. I trust Paithen's recommendations and knowledge. He also cut down and pulled out a relatively small espallied apple tree which was a difficult job, but he stuck with it! I found once it took me several calls to get a call back and get put on his schedule. I sensed they were very busy. Perhaps Spiral Tree needs to develop a more effective procedure for taking messages and returning calls. Paithen is a pleasure to work with as his quiet, knowledgeable way invokes confidence and trust.

I live on a property with 4 free-standing condos. We have a common area that is required by the HOA…read morerules to be maintained. I has asked for a quote for the entire property, including all 4 private fenced-in areas. They replied with a quote of around $400, so I accepted and paid the fee. Then, they upsold me on the added weed-killer treatment, so I paid more for that. Then I was advised they had to come out a few days before the yard work to do the treatment, so I agreed. They came out and sprayed for weeds, but missed several spots and completely missed the private areas, however, I did not even realize they only did the common area until later. Additionally, they sprayed my neighbor's very beautiful ground cover in the parking strips in their driveway and killed the entire large patch of plants! Later that week, they came to finish the yardwork, and much to my dismay, when I returned home, they had missed the private areas. Also, I could not tell any difference in the common area from before they had allegedly done the work. Also, to my confusion, they had not touched the private areas! The yard people we paid much less money we had before did the entire property, and I mean they were out there for 5 straight hours, raking up all pine needles and hauling them away and really making the place sparkle. I looked at my RING Camera and watched them. These guys were out there for less than one hour. Didn't rake up anything and missed many weeds all over the ground! I'm not even sure what they actually did, since everything looked the same. I contacted the company and they were a little dismissive about it all. I advised them that my quote request was not just for the common area, but for the entire property, and I even showed them in the original email request. The only reply was basically, "oops, sorry", and a new quote for around $1200!!! I also informed them they killed all of my neighbor's ground cover plants, they didn't seem to care much about that, either. Additionally, we discussed the lack of actual effort put forth by the work crew, and again, just "sorry". I was going to remain silent and just chalk it up to having made a VERY BAD decision by hiring this company and apologize to my neighbors, profusely. However, just the other day, I received a bill from them after months of silence. So, I am here to warn anyone reading. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
