Outstanding, Honest, and Seamless Medicare Guidance - Nina Szutu is the Best!…read more I first went to KCAL Insurance in mid-2025 to get my mom enrolled in Medicare, and Nina was our account manager. From day one, she was exceptionally professional and worked with incredible efficiency. What set her apart was her transparency--she clearly explained the essential pros and cons of several plans she recommended. She also helped print out the essentials of multiple insurance information for us to refer to later. We selected the plan that fit my mom's needs best, and it worked out flawlessly. When my mom's specific needs shifted in 2026, and my dad also reached the point of needing Medicare enrollment, my parents went right back to Nina. Once again, she made the entire process completely smooth and frictionless. Nina is upfront and honest about how different plans operate and how representatives work with providers, giving straightforward insights into the advantages and trade-offs of every option. If you or your family need expert, reliable, and stress-free help navigating Medicare, see Nina Szutu!

We chose Weaver Insurance because they were responsive and friendly -- which continued throughout…read moreour experience. They were quick to reply, courteous, pleasant, and available when we contacted them. As a broker, they do not provide insurance themselves but sell policies from insurance carriers. When we needed to file a claim, their limits became clear. Here is our experience: When we had a claim, their recommendation was that we not file it, citing the possibility of denial and potential premium increases. This was an uninformed and incorrect recommendation. As we asked questions, it became clear they lacked the expertise to help us analyze our policy or advise us on how best to proceed. With outside help, we decided to move forward with filing the claim. At that point, Weaver Insurance introduced us to the insurance carrier -- and then disengaged. They did not assist us in preparing or submitting the claim, did not advocate on our behalf, and did not follow up with the insurer to help move the process forward. As they stated to us, evaluating claims or determining whether the settlement was appropriate "falls outside their scope of services." They fully deferred to the insurance carrier's investigation and judgment. Fortunately, we did receive a substantial settlement, thanks in part to outside help, the carriers third-party claims adjuster, and the insurance company. In our view, Weaver Insurance added no value to the process. We needed them to have the expertise to support our claim, and they did not have it. Their approach raised questions about whether their incentives are aligned with their clients' interests. We understand why Weaver Insurance has been successful -- they are friendly and responsive -- but when it mattered, they did not have the skills to support our needs. Based on our experience, I recommend a broker with expertise who will support you through the full insurance process.

Kcal insurance not only emails me to remind me. Their agent also calls me on the phone to remind me. 2. They are fast and efficient getting quotes to me on my properties. They carry a variety of the insurance companies and their pricing is very competitive. The larger the insurance agent, the more companies they are able to represent. 3. Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently.
