What I can say is they promise a really solid wax experience regardless of how sledge or small the job is. Although they are expeditious they really do take their time to ensure that you are satisfied with your service. I have always loved the vibe as soon as you walk in here it's very welcoming, chic and comfortable regardless of the season or climate - they always have refreshments for customers and they sell a decent amount of salon/personal care items they use. There are other salons on the area with similar services but I feel for the price you really are getting a better value and overall experience at Pretti. My favorite feature is using the Vagaro app to manage appointments. Huuuge plus for a person like myself that schedules their appointments at 2 am most of the time.

WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER…read more I booked a keratin treatment and haircut after seeing the professionalism displayed on this salon's website. My hairstylist was Lyla Duarte. I came in on May 1st with long, beautiful hair and clearly showed the length I wanted. The photos show my hair before the appointment, the length I requested, and what I was left with. The keratin looked great on the first day, but started fading within the first month. The haircut, however, was devastating. My hair was cut completely differently from what I asked for. I was heartbroken. I cried for days and felt like I didn't even look like myself anymore. It has taken me months to even have the strength to write this review. What made the situation even worse was the terrible customer service and complete lack of empathy afterward. I trusted this salon with my hair, and I deeply regret it. To future clients: please be very careful and make absolutely sure you are comfortable and confident before trusting this salon with your hair. My experience was devastating, and I would absolutely not recommend this salon.

Josie gave me an incredible facial with beautifully scented products I had some dermabrasion and painless extractions The coconut scented mask smelled incredible. I asked many skincare questions. I also purchased a lip treatment and I am overjoyed that my lips won't be so chapped and it's great for lip lines too. I was not given a "hard sell about anything. I am looking forward to giving gift cards as special gifts from "Wax by Renata." Adrienne's Hair Loft recommends Wax by Renata. Both businesses are extremely welcoming. The skill, education and kindness is evident at Adrienne's and Wax by Renata.

Didn't use family recommendations I went on my own search and I came across the Salon 700 in Hyannis. I have been going there since I found it. It's been at least over a year or more. Between the greeting I get when I come in the door from the girls Danielle , Nicole everybody behind the counter. From my wonderful absolutely awesome Jillian who does my hair. I love Salon 700. The staff is absolutely amazing and they just make you feel like. You matter, they do a fantastic job with my hair and what my needs are. Never ever disappointed ever!! There was minimal improvement after the first session, so I scheduled the next one with a different person. That person cancelled so I got the same person again. I would recommend that you find a place that does a fixed price per area rather than per session. I have lost faith in this salon's laser hair removal practice.
