I have not had any hair services yet but I am writing on the nails and waxing. Unless you just want a BASIC manicure - not gel or tips of any kind, just skip the nail services. Its not much worth the value or a relaxing experience at all in the one room designated for nail services. This is NOT the location to bring a pedicure party - only 2 stalls for both nails and feet and its cramped. Again, basic stuff in a pinch is fine but not worth going out of your way for. The waxing on the other hand is not only competitively priced but both waxing agents Ive had have been AMAZING. The results are silk smooth and long lasting for anything face or body. It was a clean room with clinical clean tools and implements. And another important factor - especually with body waxing - the room wasn't too cold. Im in and out of here in usually less than 30 mins for these services and I appreciate the heck out of the promptness. They also use the Vagaro app here which bumps them up to the top of the list for convenience. I do wish they had somone dedicated to stay at their front desk - it seems like the position of receptionist is shared by everyone here based on thier area but it could be a bit more streamlined with one person administering them all at once. Not that relazxing "Spa" experience but for overall availibility of services this is one of my top picks. read more

Held a bachelorette party here for 9 girls. They gave us a fantastic package deal. They allowed us to bring our own drinks and snacks and gave us a private area to hang out in between services. They were very accommodating, nice, clean, and the services were great. One girl even asked for an impromptu haircut and it came out really cute. The salon itself is a cute concept. However my mani and pedicure was not spa worthy. They do not clean under the nails. The massages were simply a rub on of lotion. No nail dryers. The woman doing my daughters nails just seemed like it was the last place she wanted to be was there. Very minimal nail polish selection. My daughters polish started coming off that night. My nails were not painted all the way down so it looks like its growing out when they were just painted. Chips happened on day 2, even on a pedicure which never happens I find. I also received a facial. It was quick and rushed. When I was supposed to be relaxing all I heard was the squirting of the spray bottles cleaning the area. and items she used. The charge for all of my services were a bit outrageous especially when they were on Groupon the next day. They could be an amazing place but they need some improvement. I called to seek at least a partial refund for services and have yet to get a call back. read more

Bought a cape cod daily deal for a haircut and partial highlights, I asked for high/low lights instead of the haircut and partial; they not only accommodated my request but they only charged me $20 extra for the glaze. They are extremely professional and courteous, I was happy to find a deal at such a wonderful spa. read more

This salon is just amazing in every way. I've been going here to get my eyelashes done by the brilliant Tatsiana and most recently got a full foil, cut and blow dry, by Liana. My hair came out perfect. Stylist listen to what you want and do everything to make your visit relaxing. You will leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. They have so many services to offer. I got waxed by Maria, and it was the best wax I have had (out of 5 other people I have had wax me). Maria was very thorough and conscientious, making sure I was comfortable from the beginning, and checking to make sure the wax was a good temperature for me throughout. She also did her best to prevent or alleviate any unnecessary pain (as much as you can, haha). I will be going back without any questions! read more

So I have waited a while to post a review as I was taught that if you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything at all. Unfortunately, last March I was looking for same day opening at any local area salon and this salon took me within the hour. Should have been a red flag. I had a 1 process, highlights, and trim done. The stylist put the one process on, then put the highlights on top of that, at the same time, and then let it all sit for almost an hour. Initially, looked ok but a little dry, fried but not terrible. Approximately 3 days later, while blow drying my hair, a large section of my hair fell out. It broke off approximately 4 inches from the scalp. I have thin, fine hair. This was very noticeable!! Sadly, I am still trying to grow this section out to be the normal length. My hair dresser will not let me get highlights until my hair is healthy again. She said this was the most unprofessional work she had seen. As this has been a very long recovery process and has impacted how I look for almost a year, I felt that I should report this and share so that it doesn't happen to someone else. Maybe she was new or maybe she wasn't used to working with fine, thin hair but still unacceptable. read more

Just discovered this great spacious salon this weekend. Was there for facial and mani pedi. Maria's salon is modern, clean, reasonably priced and felt like a true spa experience. Maria and team were great. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Even when I walked in the front door I was offered a snack and coffee. Centrally located and easy to get to. The Cape's best kept secret!! This salon and spa has fantastic service and prices. My husband gave me a gift certificate for a massage, facial, and hair color for my birthday, and I was in paradise!! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, and they all did an amazing job! Donna did my full foil and trim, and it's just perfect. Purchased through Groupon a mini spa day - 60 min facial and express mani pedi. The facial was SO relaxing and Maria took the time to ask what my facial concerns were and really tailored the treatment to my needs (which I wasn't expecting as it was a Groupon purchase which I thought was going to be a generic run of the mill facial). She actually went over the 60 mins! The mani pedi was also a treat - nice clean room with big massage chairs while you get your feet done. I was here for a girls weekend/birthday celebration and we had a fantastic experience! The salon was very clean and the staff was welcoming and professional. We had our own relaxation room where we could bring our lunch in and hang out in between treatments. We had massages, manis and pedis and were pleased with all of the services.
