I knew that there were several very large colonies, probably in my yard because I saw evidence of their existence in the seams in my driveway. AGOPC showed up and sprayed the exterior of my house as well as putting some pellets (safe for pets) in the yard. I was also provided with some traps that I could place in the interior of my house in the kitchen area. Within a day or two the ants were gone. I haven't seen them since. This was all because of the exterior treatments. They didn't have to enter my house at all. I'm so very satisfied and the cost was very reasonable. I've just had them back yesterday to do a follow up to my August appointment and I am very satisfied.

We didn't want any spraying inside our home so he provided ant traps that worked very effectively. Many months in with regular outside maintenance and we no longer have any ants, no box elders, spiders or any nuisance pests. Highly recommend. You will work with Ryan every time, and he is transparent, honest and his treatments are effective - you can't find that with the big companies!

The service that EcoPest provides seems to be well worth the cost. I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). If you are experiencing serious pest issues more than once a year, I'd probably think about paying for the monthly service. Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.

New Leaf Pest Control is an awesome company! We had heard about them when a relative was moving…read moreinto a home and needed help with pest problems in their attic. I had been wrestling with repeated, long-term respiratory illnesses. We initially thought we only had one mold spot in our crawl space from a prior bathroom leak wetting our insulation. We suspected that mold may have been contributing to my health issues. Feeling quite ill, and after researching several companies, I spotted New Leaf's owner, Jordan, on a web site ad. I was impressed that he provided his number to contact. I had remembered New Leaf from our relatives, but thought we were outside their service area. Desperate to find a trustworthy company and a solution fast, I called Jordan's number. I explained our situation and his compassionate, caring response convinced me that he was a godsend. I cannot say enough good things about New Leaf. Every experience we've had with them has been above and beyond expectation. When their crew came out to remove our 30-year-old manufactured home insulation, and found it was much, much thicker than they normally encounter and the job couldn't be completed that day, their crew went out of their way to finish the job for us on a day that was not their normal work day, just because they cared about our situation. Jordan worked with us, with great patience, to problem-solve other issues we were having with our home. My health challenges necessitated me staying with friends for several weeks. New Leaf's work made it possible for me to safely move back into a cleaned and sanitized home. New Leaf's prices are completely reasonable and their service is excellent. Jordan is a man of integrity and very knowledgeable. Instead of trying to sell us things we didn't need, he was very honest with us and tried to actually save us money. He went the extra mile to find solutions for us on multiple fronts. We are so grateful to him and to his excellent, professional and very kind staff - for helping us to feel safe and good in our home again. If I had one last thing to say, it would be: GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS - you won't regret it!!! Julie K.
