Instant Imprint was able to turn my order around quickly so that it was ready in time for my event on the weekend. The online payment process was easy, and I appreciated being able to save $5 with the voucher available via Yelp. I just picked up the shirt, and the quality of the t-shirt and the print job is great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the print placement. Before I placed my order I asked if I'd be able to see a proof before printing, and I was told this was possible. But once I actually placed the order, I was told I wouldn't see a proof. The end result is a chest print that sits too low. The highest part of the graphic sits right at my bust, but the wording/text sits below my bust, making it less visible. This reduces the impact of the graphic. I'm disappointed as I would've thought with their expertise they would've done a better job of the placement. I would order from them again because of the good quality and fair pricing, I would just go in next time to discuss the graphic placement in person. read more

I came in yesterday with my boyfriend Tony and was greeted by a man named Gagan. I told him that I had a job that needed to be done as soon as possible and was replied with "what's that supposed to mean? in a month, in a year?". As a store that is labelled "instant" imprints, I would assume he would have known what "as soon as possible" meant. But as I explained what I needed, Gagan had told me that he was able to do this job in a day so I went ahead and emailed him a file of the picture that I needed. At the time, he looked at the photo and told me it needed to be a little larger as it would cut off the edges. I told him that I have the raw file at home and since I lived close I would run there and email him the edited file. Instead, he went ahead and added borders himself and told us it would be okay. We paid for 1000 postcard prints, 1000 sticker prints, and a rush fee. The stickers came out perfect, the problem was the post cards. The quality was absolutely terrible and was NOTHING like how we wanted it to come out. As Tony went to pick it up, he was told that because this was a "rush" order and also the resolution was not right that there was nothing that he could do for us. It seemed that the quality and customer service had been completely sacrificed for quickness. Gagan did not think before he had decided to print 1000 copies to call us and let us know beforehand of the quality. He basically told me that he didn't see anything wrong when we were at the store and it was my fault as he just printed what was given to him. If we would have known this, we would have NOT paid for it. As a graphic designer, he should have been the expert and recognized when I gave him the file that it was not the right resolution. I called Gagan today and told him the situation. He was understanding at first and also agreed with me that the quality had been sacrificed for quickness but he shortly after cut me off and basically did not want to hear any more of it. If you guys are in need of an "instant" imprint, it's better you just print them out yourselves than to go here. It'll save you a few hundred dollars. read more

They have other locations and more of a branch rather than an independent shop which in some circumstances in a good thing. This review is based on presentation and communication as these things in the professional world are very important to me. I came in to get some information since our office is moving and we're not sure at what our office branding situation is. I am to present this information in a few weeks at a meeting. Me and my team go some baseball shirts made here. It was a last minute thing, but they managed to get them made the same day. We go our logo printed on the front of the shirts and numbers on the back. I went in around noon, and the were finished by 3:30. Every where else i called i was told it was going to be one to two weeks. Not only did the guys (Gagan & Shailesh) did the job fast, they also did a really really good job, and they are very friendly and easy to talk to, I'm so happy with them. For anything that I need to get printed I will always go back to them, they also do embroidery, signs, posters and a bunch of other stuff. I had an unusual request for imprints for vests that were created to reflect a particular cultural heritage. The service I received was uniformly excellent from all staff who were in contact with me. They took the time to understand what I needed. A test run was done and from there different options were presented to me by Shailesh who also recommended a specific option. I followed his advice and the end result exceeded my expectations. The images were beautiful and suited the vests perfectly. When I read the reviews here on Yelp and on Google I was convinced that this was the place to get your T Shirts designed and printed. I think if you know exactly what you want and exactly what you are doing - then these guys would be an excellent choice. But if you are a novice like me and you don't really know what you are doing... I would not recommend this location. I was never told that I could pay for the option to get different mock ups made (I thought it was included in the initial proposal like when you get a printer to make you business cards) and then you would get a chance to look at the design and make revisions as you go along. The guy who worked the front counter Gagan just started formatting the shirt; the way he was acting - it seemed like he knew what he was doing on how to make a T Shirt look good. So I trusted him. But again, he never put any options on the table. Just told me what wouldn't work, so he recommended something, said here you go and I agreed. So that's their response; you agreed to it - you're stuck with it - no offers for a discount on my next order to perhaps try to make me feel better about it, no offers for a mock up to try and keep my business. Nothing. Just a too bad. So if you already have the design ready to go - I am sure these guys rock - because then all they have to do is print. But if you are new and not sure what to do or how things work all I can tell you is be very careful; these guys will not make any effort to win you back over if you are not happy. read more

Way better than I could have imagined and he went out of his way to cut my material and made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way. They have earned my business. Great job! Terrible service.. I went there to print some stuff for my son's birthday, something relatively small and simple and the guy initially was very helpful, but I was there 1 hour before they closed.. he was helping me out when someone else came in to ask for a quote. As I was looking for a new image to print, as the one I had didn't quite work, he asked if he could help the other people and I said sure. I finally got the stuff I needed, I emailed it to his account but he didn't receive the email, I connected to the network of his store to see if that was faster, and didnt work either so I asked if he could just go to Google to search for the image, it was something really straight forward. He tried a couple of images while the other people were thinking about the quote he had given them. I didn't like how the pictures come up and asked if he could change the background and he couldn't, so I said I would look for another picture. While I was on my phone looking for a different image, he continued talking to the other people, for a good 10 min. And then when he was finally done with them, he turns around to me and says "I only have 5 more minutes for your image".. WHAT??? After I have been waiting here for about 15 min or more, with a baby in arms you tell me you only have 5 more minutes?? what a joke.. terrible experience. I just said Forget it! and I was out of there.. got it done in another place for more than half what they were going to charge.. read more
