I wanted to do a run of t-shirts for an event, and just clear ran out of time to decide if it was feasible to do, and then to get the artwork ready. It was a Tuesday. I needed them for a Saturday party. I called a few places around town, and most wouldn't do it on that short of a timeframe. One or two places returned a quote, but it would be subject to an additional rush cost. Since this was coming out of my pocket, and I was only expecting to break even at best, that was a no-go. I gave Kits T Shirt Express a call. I spoke to Terry, who was super nice and patient on the phone, and told me that they could do it. She said I could have them on the Saturday morning, and at no additional cost! I thought there was a catch. I emailed over my artwork at 6pm on the Tuesday and they sent me an artwork proof in an informative email at 8:40am the next morning. I approved it, and within 30 minutes, I received an email confirming Saturday pickup time, and my invoice. Clean and simple. Now this is what I like! It gets better. On the Friday morning, I received an email saying that it was done early and ready for pickup! When does that ever happen? I drove down there, and was met with smiles all around from this modest and honest shop. FYI: The final total worked out to around $8.70/shirt for a small run with 2-colour print on good quality shirt stock. I've done other t-shirt printing here, and it's been delivered on budget and on time, every time. 24/30 : 30DaysOfYelp

The small business is very unique and street parking is available. It all started when I was looking for a printing company that does great on Team T-shirts. Since I knew nothing about printing T-shirts - It originally started when I was looking for a T-Shirt printing company using yelp by sending a request to quote via message. I had contacted several companies and Blue Sky T-Shirt has the fastest response time by far! Since I needed the T-Shirts for a team - in somewhat of rush order I asked if I could come and speak to someone who knew and complete the shirts by a certain deadline. That's when I met Nicole. Nicole and John had asked what my criteria was, what my design specifications were, what brand, material, my expectations and budget. Simply put - Nicole is such a great listener and understands the customers expectations period. I truly believe with her professional service and expertise - Blue Sky T-Shirts, Nicole and John and the rest of the staff should be nominated for the best printing shop company in Vancouver hands down. From the time of contact to the making of the product took 4-5 days! To me the promise and delivery of the product was outstanding! I truly recommend and will come back for Nicole's and John's outstanding service!

Rude and abusive staff and ownership (the owner showed up unannounced at my office, aggressively interrupting a meeting with clients to argue with me). They have not provided what I paid for, have not once apologized and refuse to refund my money. I am a solopreneur and very small business selling streetwear and handmade products. I ordered some shirts for a client and an event, pending a due date which was made very clear. As I was on a deadline, I chose this company because they assured me they could meet the demands of the quick turnaround where other companies I have worked with in the past were backed up on orders. I provided very clear instructions as to what I wanted (silk screen on front, heat press label on inside neck). This was agreed to verbally and confirmed in emails. Company refused to provide comprehensive pricing and service breakdown on their invoice, but arbitrarily gave a blanket sum without particulars, even though I asked several times. There were several errors with mockups (incorrect colours of tshirts, incorrect dimensions for designs) and invoicing (incorrect quantities). Took over a week to finalize order due to their repeated mistakes. Employees are incredibly rude and hostile. Prior to the due date, I arranged to pick up the order at a particular time and accommodated for that. The afternoon I was supposed to pick up, they told me that they had decided to close up early and I had to come get the garments now. Eventually, after several emails asking to deliver (I couldn't just drop what I was doing), they finally arranged for delivery. When I finally got the order, the neck labels were not heat pressed like I ordered as they decided to silk screen instead. As a result, the ink bled right through the shirt. See attached photos. What you are looking at is the outside of the shirt and the print is supposed to be on the inside. I have scribbled out my logo, but you can clearly see that the silk screened ink bleeds through in reverse right through the shirt. The garments are un sellable/wearable. As a result, I lost revenue and business that were dependent on delivery of these items that weekend. When I sent photos to the company for evidence, they told me that there was nothing wrong. They asked to see another shirt I had printed from another company, and when I did told me that it was not screenprinted (?) when it clearly was (the company who printed that shirt only does silk screen). That day, the owner showed up unannounced at my office while I was in a meeting, saying that they decided to silk screen because it was cheaper for them, demanding to see other merchandise printed by other printers. I was in the middle of a meeting and the disturbance was incredibly unprofessional and aggressive. He took the shirts with him. Today I asked for a refund again, including some compensation for lost revenue and clients. The owner shouted at me on the phone, telling me I'd have to take him to court, and then sent an email denying any of the interactions when I clearly asked for a particular service (please see attached screenshot stating the type of service that was promised). As a solopreneur, I am now out a large sum of money which affects my direct livelihood. I am not a corporation and this is my personal finances that have been depleted. Not only have I paid them for the order in full which they are refusing to refund, but I have lost opportunity to generate revenue and relationships with my clients have been broken as a result. This company steals from independent businesses, the owner is aggressive towards women and gaslights when accountability is requested. I am still waiting for my money.

I felt ripped off, they used a cheap print but still charged me for the digital (I have the invoice). It was very poor quality, and they had these strange excuses for why they charged me for a high quality print but handed over garbage. Not to mention they had told me it would take them 3 days, only to finally pick it up in frustration two weeks later when they finished it. Stay away from these people - whether you're a business owner or you're making something privately. There's much better out there for cheaper these two will rip you off.
