If your looking for a great place to get premium T-shirts printed you hit the jackpot!…read more This location is in the busy area of commercial and is very easy to find. The small business is very unique and street parking is available. It all started when I was looking for a printing company that does great on Team T-shirts. Since I knew nothing about printing T-shirts - It originally started when I was looking for a T-Shirt printing company using yelp by sending a request to quote via message. I had contacted several companies and Blue Sky T-Shirt has the fastest response time by far! Since I needed the T-Shirts for a team - in somewhat of rush order I asked if I could come and speak to someone who knew and complete the shirts by a certain deadline. That's when I met Nicole. Nicole and John had asked what my criteria was, what my design specifications were, what brand, material, my expectations and budget. Simply put - Nicole is such a great listener and understands the customers expectations period. I truly believe with her professional service and expertise - Blue Sky T-Shirts, Nicole and John and the rest of the staff should be nominated for the best printing shop company in Vancouver hands down. From the time of contact to the making of the product took 4-5 days! To me the promise and delivery of the product was outstanding! I truly recommend and will come back for Nicole's and John's outstanding service!

Customized Canada T-Shirt? Yes, please!…read more My friend and I decided to take a trip up to the Great White North and wanted to buy matching t-shirts to commemorate the rare occasion. Well, sadly, most of the Canada t-shirts were BUTT UGLY. We're talking like beavers on logs, maple leafs with the words "OH CANADA" in horrible fonts, mountains with snow, skiiers, moose....all those typical Canada things. We wanted to find one SO ugly it'd be funny and ironic, but we weren't sure other people would really get it besides us and we'd end up just being embarassed wearing it in public. So, we were walking down the street and saw this place were you could make your own t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, etc. We decided rather than spending $40 on a t-shirt with a moose on it, we'd just design our own! They use American Apparel clothing (ironically), which is fairly priced and of decent quality. We chose what design we wanted the sweatshirts (we opted for hoodies over t-shirts as it was literally freezing there) and they said they would both be done in about 40 minutes. We went down the street to grab some food, came back and voila - we had our own customized Canada hoodies sans beavers and moose (but you know we totally HAD to incorporate a maple leaf somehow)! SCORE!

I dont understand the gimmick with this company. They sell american apparel blank shirts with one…read morecolor prints on printer stock transfer paper and call it a "custom t shirt?" Not only is there selection only limited by their imagination and, more importantly, which picture people will pay $15 transfer price for, but in my experiences with them their transfers fade really quickly. The quality is the exact same as iron on transfer paper! The rest of their merchandise is tacky jackets, poorly made converse knock offs, and overpriced dollar store sun glasses and toys, all of which you can expect a 500% knock up. But hey, thats why they sell to teenagers! theyre edgy and dont really care when they arent spending their own money! So dont spend yours here!

Blim - I bought this junk food sweater over the weekend from Blim in China town. I plan on wearing this at my Weight Watchers meeting.

Blim is also a silkscreening studio and they run workshops for artists in the community to learn about various techniques and crafts. I was hoping to help a local business by buying from them. I ordered supplies for a button project…read moremy high school class was doing and selected one day delivery as we were running out of what we had. The order was 1 week late and Ziggy, who replied to me about the lateness said it was a source issue, which was fine. After a week, it was too late and I was going to cancel the order. They told me that the mistake was made with one day shipping because they didn't know how to change the shipping options and that they didn't actually have that option. To keep my order, they said they would refund me the shipping. They dropped off the supplies one week later than they said it would be delivered and then told me they would not issue a refund on delivery as they had to deliver it themselves and it cost more for gas. When I told them they lost me as a customer, they texted back that they "Loved" that they lost me. I want to support small business, but I don't want to give my money to rude businesses who promise they will do something and do not and in the end make excuses for their inability to do what their business is supposedly set up to do.
