I recently worked with Oddball Workshop to have an outdoor banner printed for an event. Every interaction I had with a staff member in person or online was positive and friendly (which was not my experience with other printers). They finished the banner a day earlier than expected, and the quality was great. And to top it off, their prices were a lot lower than other printers we got quotes from (at least 4 other vendors). I'd happily work with them again. Note: they no longer do Direct to Garment t-shirt printing (apparently they sold their printers), but for some reasons this service is still on their website. read more

I am not very happy with oddball workshop . I emailed numerous times and called also . Requesting hoodies , t shirts and long sleeve shirts. Submitted the design I was wanting and they responded stating they do not take small orders, so I bumped up the quantity to there minimum . Still no reply back with pricing and how to move forward. I emailed them stating that it didn't seem like they valued me as a customer and that I will go elsewhere. Still no reply back. Customer service .... Definitely needs work . Do not suggest this outfit for printing needs. read more

These guys are AMAZING!! I wanted to create ball caps to wear to Disneyland for our family of seven. Only my timeline was tight. I got the idea two days before we were supposed to leave. I shopped around and I kept getting told the timeline was not doable. Until I contacted Oddball, that is. I sent the email out late in the evening and I got a response so fast I thought it was an auto reply! Kai is so professional and the team there works at 110% and then some! I highly recommend Oddball. They brought my design to life and the hats proved to be a beacon for us to find each other in the sea of people at Disneyland. We received so many compliments on them. I was referred to come here by the owner of "The Goods" on broadway as they do not do single item custom work. I have to give Odball Workshop a 5* rating as their customer service etc is excellent. The Graphic Designer who did a tee-shirt for me is Eileen - she is very patient and helpful. We emailed back and forth until my design was perfect, she sent me the link to their tee-shirt supplier, a link to different fonts they use and a picture of the different vinyl colours that were available. Price- VERY reasonable ($30.00 for tee with custom design) Quality - EXCELLENT Timeframe - VERY SHORT (had my shirt within 2 days). Thank you for the great work! New to the whole "face mask" fashion world, we ordered four different masks to wear when we are out and about in the pre-vaccine world. We got them in a week and they are very comfortable and stylish. We really appreciate the convertible and adjustable straps, to be worn around the ears, or by retying, around the head. The company that I work for got some shirts printed her for both personal and corporate use. Really fast turn around and great customer service. Eileen is super super awesome to deal with and the turn around was very fast. The decal itself is thin (you can get different options) and some washing care will be needed but other than that it was well placed. Price was decent. Very frustrating and wasteful experience with oddball workshop. I was looking to get an image sublimated onto a large polyester fabric and was grossly misinformed on my first visit, and then disregarded when I returned the next day. I ended up wasting 3 hours running around the city to find the type of fabric that they said was suitable. Then, after bringing it to them, was told that it wouldn't work. Now I get to return the fabric or swallow the 60 dollars that it cost me. I patiently explained to them why that was frustrating as a customer, and was subsequently left standing by myself at their front desk as each of the three employees who were in the conversation decided to walk away without any kind of apology. It was an abysmal display of customer service. Unfortunately, they've discouraged me from pursuing the rest of this project. There is no chance that I will return here for any kind of work. read more

I just picked up my custom hoodies for my own company fr Oddball (recommended by one of my business friends who had his activewear printed there) and I must say that I'm pretty happy so far how they turned out. I haven't put the hoodies through the "ringer" yet so can't review about the longevity of the vinyl printing of my company logos on the hoodies. But I wanted to give this company 5 stars since Eric has been very accommodating and remained unperturbed by my requests (aka demands). It was a very rush job and they delivered. And I have a feeling if by some odd chance the printing falls through on the hoodies, they will fix it since I can tell they take pride in their service and reputation. Thanks, Eric! read more
