This company's customer service is non existent. After contacting them by e-mail, I was all set to…read morego through with the order because they gave me a really good price. I sent my e-mail to confirm that I wanted to go ahead with the order and got no reply. Usually, if i don't get an e-mail reply after a couple of days, I follow up with a phone call and leave a message. Not only does nobody ever answer the phone here, but nobody seems to check the voicemail either. I followed up with another e-mail and a couple more phone calls that also went unacknowledged. By this time, the days had turned into weeks and I took my business elsewhere.
