When I called the store, staff insisted both packages must have had the same tracking number, which was not possible as they were going to different destinations. Corporate customer service later confirmed the second package was never scanned and was still at the store. Attempts to call the store again resulted in voicemail and being disconnected after about 10 seconds. Poor communication, lack of ownership, and frustrating customer service.

Took it into Memory Express Calgary NW about 1 month ago. Was told it would take two weeks or more to get it back to me. I received a call from the technician working on my machine within one week. He related the problem to me over the phone and that he was in the process of repairing the damages. That was a Friday, by Monday I picked up my computer and brought it home. Total time I was without my computer was just over 1 week. I have been using it for approximately 3 weeks with out a problem. It boots up faster than before and there have been no more ugly blue screens of death. My cost was below what I was expecting to pay. I can't say enough good things about my interface with Memory Express regarding the repair of my computer.
