In previous visits I have noticed that prices remain a little steep compared to competitors (Michaels next door has similar drawing/artist pencils/Sharpies etc. and often run a 30% or 40% coupon off of one item - making it much cheaper than Michaels |you would think they would consider that | not to mention Amazon). Regarding ordering online, you would not believe how many times something standard will be available online or at another store in Calgary but this location is sold out. The managers at this location need to be retrained. If there's 4 of you (including the manager) at the front by the tills and there's no customer and you see people waiting by the copy centre... What do you think is the right thing to do? 1. Move your purolator drop off centre to the front maybe by customer service 2. Make sure your employees answer the phones when it rings, I've tried calling on several occasions for information and no one answers and ended up going to the store to find a bunch of people standing around 3. i came in to get liquid armour installed om my cell phone. I waited 20 min at customer service before being asked to browse around. I spent another 10 min looking around so I went to the desk to get my phone. I waited for the guy to come back with his coffee from across the street to tell his manager he had not started the installation on my phone. I paid $31.50 for a stupid screen protector and I spent over an hour without my cell phone. good thing I can write a bad review on them via their laptop and internet at the store. I am still waiting for my cell phone to be returned to me. don't get them to do service for you they will fuck you around and take a lunch or coffee break then tell you to wait longer. signed a pissed off Staples customer. It is taking the guy so long to find my order that I actually have time to write this review while I wait! I ordered a custom stamp and was notified that it was ready for pick up. The associate showed me the stamp (after searching for it everywhere except in the folder "o" (for my last name). He showed it to me and I notified him that it was not my stamp (someone else's name/address) and now I'm writing this review while he tries to figure out what happened to my stamp.
