I went in last week…read moreMonday due to my iPhone screen cracked, she asked me if I wanted to upgrade instead because I would still have to pay 250. Okay fine, proceeds to order the phone (asks for help by male associate) doesn't ask me what color I want, and leaves me to do the progressive leasing while she is having trouble ordering the phone. I finish and she has me write down my name and number and said she'll call me when it gets here, tells me it'll be in TUESDAY. I ask if she can call after 3 since I am a teacher and unable to get to my phone through out the day she says yes. Tuesday comes 5:09 I call, she remembers me and I proceed to ask why she didn't call me, where my phone? She explains it's not here yet but tomorrow forsure. Okay WEDNESDAY comes nothing, THURSDAY no call, FRIDAY no call, SATURDAY no call, SUNDAY no call, FOLLOWING WEEK Monday no call, Tuesday I finally have time to go to the store and what do you know me phones there!!! BEEN THERE. She explains someone lost the note and took her 2 days off. At this point I'm UPSET. I can not come throughout the week or after work since I have a tight schedule!! I was expecting that call and I couldn't even get the courtesy call. I am very upset and she can not see her wrong and gives an excuse to everything!! She then gives me attitude and says "wait let me check if we do have it" out of spite she was going to "double check". She then says shes not going to service me bc I'm being rude. Another customer comes in and defends me and tells them why are they getting involve!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL Manager Jaime comes in and take over the transaction bc Monse does not want to serve me. Monserrat CONTINUES to talk about me while I AM standing there. And Jaime says no word. That is mind boggling to me that she is okay with having those type of employees serve cricket customers. Never will I ever go to this location!!! Nor do I recommend you to. Please go to another store nearby. I'm sure once I walked out she continued to talk about me.

    Summit Tandon helped me and boyfriend out where I could join his account and start a family plan…read more Not only did he help us transferring my phone and Apple Watch account from Sprint/T-mobile, but he also assisted my boyfriend in getting his phone replaced through an insurance claim because my boyfriends phone has been acting up. Honestly Summit went above and beyond helping us and made sure the whole process was smooth and successful. Happy to be a Verizon customer too!

    This review is for Jorge employee who works in Selma and Dinuba…read more I had a very concerning experience when helping my elderly parents upgrade their phones at this store. My parents are on my phone plan and went in for an upgrade. They were assisted by an employee named Jorge. During the visit, they traded in their old phones and left them with him. Later, I received a bill showing charges for phones that were supposedly not returned, even though my parents had already handed them over. I called Jorge during the week (he told me he works in Selma during the week and Dinuba on Sundays). He said he could not help me over the phone and that I would have to go in person to the Dinuba store so he could look for the phones. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there wasn't one. I also asked if he could have a coworker check for the phones, but he said he preferred to look himself because others might not do a proper search. When Sunday arrived, I called again and explained that this issue needed to be fixed and that I would escalate to corporate if necessary. Suddenly, he was able to correct the issue in the computer right away. This left me wondering why it could not have been resolved when I first called during the week. Overall, this experience was stressful and concerning, especially because my elderly parents were involved. AVOID AVOID AVOID JORGE !!!!!
