They were assisted by an employee named Jorge. During the visit, they traded in their old phones and left them with him. Later, I received a bill showing charges for phones that were supposedly not returned, even though my parents had already handed them over. I called Jorge during the week (he told me he works in Selma during the week and Dinuba on Sundays). He said he could not help me over the phone and that I would have to go in person to the Dinuba store so he could look for the phones. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there wasn't one. I also asked if he could have a coworker check for the phones, but he said he preferred to look himself because others might not do a proper search. When Sunday arrived, I called again and explained that this issue needed to be fixed and that I would escalate to corporate if necessary. Suddenly, he was able to correct the issue in the computer right away. This left me wondering why it could not have been resolved when I first called during the week. Overall, this experience was stressful and concerning, especially because my elderly parents were involved. AVOID AVOID AVOID JORGE !!!!!

This morning was one of those moments that I almost lost my mind. I looked at my phone, and my…read moreinternet completely shut down. Knowing that was an issue, I quickly switched to see if my Wi-Fi was working, and still no internet access on my phone. This is the kind of day that will make a man go crazy when you're disconnected from the outside world. Long story short, I went into Verizon and received the absolute best customer service I've had in a long time. The gentleman's name was Ruggeri and he knew exactly what to do to diagnose my phone to make sure that he could get it working again perfectly. Lo and behold, after a few tries and a SIM reset, my phone was working perfectly. Thank you, Ruggero, for all of your help and your kindness, and I highly recommend coming to this store and getting your phone serviced by Ruggero.

The gentleman that helped me with my Verizon acct screwed up my entire acct. Deliberately lied about what my phone payments would be, what I would be loosing from my current service, etc. He was very unpleasant to other customers in store while I was present. I went in for a 2nd time to try and fix the issue (as advised by Verizon rep) he was so unhelpful and again, rude to other people in the store. It's been over 2 months and I'm still trying to fix the issues he created with my phone accts. I do not recommend this business.

Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. My phone was losing battery when it was charging or even not used, (all apps closed) When the repair was done. I asked the owner why did billed me for such a good price, and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector? He responded back honestly. Because business is slow and I rather make something rather than nothing. RESPECT!! Yes we are aware that the LCD screens for iPhone 14 Pro Max is $50 on Amazon prime and people are trying to take advantage of people making a crazy profit. At a time when people are just looking for help after seeing a broken phone. Again highly recommended and earned a customer for life.
