He called, I explained him what happened, and he immediately said "No worries, I know that it is happening, I have the parts and equipment with me to fix it, I can be there in 1 hour to check and fix your appliance. He arrived, check the fridge with all his tool and measure equipment, change a small piece, reset the fridge and said we need to wait a few minutes. These 7 min waiting were the most entertaining and jovial minutes I had had in years, Eligió pitch and stories are the best. He check the fridg it start to work and cooling again, he just said it is done, explain the kids really quick what happened and make them to promise they will be more cautious at the time they use the fridge, to avoid further damage. He said he was booked on Monday but could send someone out in the evening. I needed service before then! When he finished, he cleaned his work area and left no mess. The only reason I knew he was there is because my ice maker worked.
