Immediate appointment and only 3 hours until he showed up. I had lowered the leveling legs with a pair of pliers since could not find a socket that would fit while trying to move my Subzero refrigerator/freezer following thaw out during Hurricane Beryl. After a couple of tries, Vadim pulled out a socket I have never seen - a 6 point, 6.5mm. He was able to quickly adjust the refrigerator back to level and kill the beeping that occurred virtually every time the freezer was closed. All in, it took probably and hour and fifteen minutes. While the team is courteous and the initial process is efficient, the downside is their pricing on the back end. OEM parts are marked up to nearly double their actual cost, and their hourly service rates are significantly higher than competitors. Worse, they don't disclose these costs until the technician is already in your home, which feels dishonest. After obtaining three quotes for the same repair, I found their pricing to be more than double that of other providers. I'd rather them charge the actual parts price and tell you they are higher do to the ability to provide same day service. read more
