You will never get it paid off that way the only way to do it is make a one time payment to pay it off, if you are late, they will call you every day when you do make that one time payment to pay off this loan. It will take about three weeks for you to get your title and you have to keep calling about it. They are other ways to get money than to use this place be aware and be careful. Huge mistake.......... RUN! Borrow from friends or family if you can! I am not bashing the staff on a personal level. The problem is, they are NOT clear on explaining these NEVER ENDING LOAN PAYMENTS! They advise you to pay more then the minimum, but even with paying more then the minimum you accrue interest within the 30 days after making a payment. For example if your payment is $1000 and you're paying $1050, you're payment will never be paid off! This company is taking advantage of people in communities going through financial hardship! After a 5th payment, my balance never really moved. I sat down with the Manager Eddie. I began to ask questions about my loan, he became argumentative and agitated with me. For the record, Mr. Eddie was not rude or disrespectful at any point I just questioned his and the integrity of the staff for not clearly explaining these kind of loans to their customers and appeared to be offended. Do not I repeat, do not go here for a loan. I went in for a $1500 loan in December. It is currently the beginning of March and my loan is now at $1900. I've also made three payments that did not go towards the loan. I used to receive calls almost every single day and each person has something different to say and then when I called back to repeat exactly what that person said, I was told that's impossible. We will never say that which proves that they're liars and will say anything to get you to make a payment I've made almost $400 in payments, and today when I called them, I was told we do not see any payments towards your account because what I was paying was a whole bunch of late fees and not the actual payment towards the loan, does that make sense so I literally just gave away free money literally, they don't put the money that you pay towards the account unless you pay the specific amount that they tell you to. mind you multiple times I received a phone call from specifically Georgia who has a disgusting attitude for no reason every time I speak to her, first, she said if you make a payment, it keeps your account in good standing and you won't be sent to collections. After a while, I decided that I had no problem with my account being sent to collections because at least when I make payments they would go towards my account, but she states that they would never send my account to collections because that's not what they do and nobody would've ever said that to me, even though she was the one who called me and said that to me. I guess due to the fact that it's so-called instant they feel as though late fees and interest that is as high as the sky is OK. This place is horrible they are fraudulent company who is taking your money. The manager had the nerve to call the cops on me because I wanted to know how my receipt keeps going up when I pay on time and I pay my interest and some of my balance the only person that actually cared in there to help me who is Georgia so I can say a good review about Georgia at least she likes to take care of her customers and is honest. I have already reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and have brought it to my lawyers attention.
