Florida Fine Cars - West Palm Beach

Florida Fine Cars has gone above and beyond my expectations for any used car dealership. My wife…read moreand I were dealing with a somewhat unique personal situation, and the entire team worked with us every step of the way to ensure we were well taken care of. Special shoutout to management there (Juan & Torrey) for being so understanding and helpful. Thank you!!

I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona N Line with only 22k miles, from Florida Fine Cars (4/23)…read moreand I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Exactly 1 week, and 3 days (5/3) after my purchase, the vehicle began experiencing serious transmission problems -- violent jerking on acceleration, grinding sounds, and failure to roll normally when shifted into Drive. When I took it to Braman Hyundai (5/4), I was told the transmission needs to be fully replaced at a cost of $8,500. They mentioned to me that it seems like the transmission was already worked on and they did a very poor job. I checked the carfax report and the one previous owner only serviced the vehicle at hyundai dealerships (nothing serious only service oil changes, and tire rotations) up until it got sold to Florida Fine Cars where they did they're own service to the vehicle. Still not labeled as anything transmission related. They seem to have known about this issue and still sold the car regardless, just not report it to the carfax report. I've seen Florida Fine Cars reply to other 1 star reviews stating they disclose all the information with the customer, and provide honest carfax reports. However, none of this issue was disclosed to me at the time of sale, and it does not appear anywhere on the Carfax report Florida Fine Cars provided me that the transmission was worked on. The only thing they stated was a small accident to the front and side bumper, all cosmetic. I would not have taken the car if the transmission was bad. To make matters worse, I texted the sales representative, Josue (apparently the "new guy") to inform him of the issue with the car HE sold me and he stated to me "bro i don't even work there anymore" Another weird red flag to add to everything. Ive called multiple times, and cant get through to anyone, they say they'll call back but don't. Its almost as if they see my number pop up and purposely not answer because i called from a different phone number and they didn't hesitate to answer, I was able to speak to Mark who was the service manager he said. Saying he'll "look into it" If you are considering purchasing a used car from them, I strongly urge you to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Do not rely solely on the Carfax they provide you even though they swear by their honest reports.

Terrible communication. Slow responses. No update on status of vehicle sale. The lack of support…read moresale started in September 2025 and is still continuing as the New Year 2026 rolls in. After loan approval, it took 14 days to schedule the notary public signing. Several days for them to receive back the paperwork. Then another 14 days to schedule delivery of the vehicle. Another 7-8 days for it to arrive. Once arrived a third party company, Executive Tag & Title Svcs., that holds the title for the finance company, sent a message saying they would take care of getting the vehicle registered. I was not informed by the dealership of this process. I called Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company, to ask a question on the same day that they reached out. Their representative did not reply for another three weeks. On November 3rd the Oregon temporary tags expired, so I was able to get a 30 day moving permit from the Nevada DMV. That temp permit expired on December 3rd. Then after submitting the requested documents, they submitted my document packet to the Nevada DMV. It has taken another 8 weeks for the DMV to issue registration and license plates on December 30, 2025. But Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company had the registration package sent to the dealership in Oregon "at the request of the dealership". So as of today the vehicle still does not have license plates. In the meantime the vehicle was issued a citation of $75 for not having up to date registration by local authorities. Because the vehicle is titled under my company name, I had to get commercial insurance before applying for registration, which costs more than $400 per month. So the vehicle has been sitting idle in front of my house for the last two months, while I'm out of $800 in insurance costs, and two monthly loan payments amounting to nearly $2k. I can not recommend this company.

Outstanding, friendly and fast customer service. They stood out ob the phone and in person.read more
