I found myself kind of lost when my old homeowners insurance increased my rates because my wind mitigation devices such as high impact windows, doors was incomplete increasing my premium by $1400 bucks. When I finished corrective action, they gave me a credit of $350 bucks. now they announced premiums will be going up by $450 bucks. I researched and found cynthia@MPXinsurance.com. She presented me with a quote from Citizens. That saved me over $650 a year on Premium. Cynthia assisted me with every step I needed to follow to complete the 4-point inspection required following with and electrical house circuit breaker updating. Also helped every step of the way connecting with my Mortgage company about change of Homeowners insurance, dealing with previous mortgage insurance company who collected my premium two weeks in advance from my debit account. I have now a new and knowledgeable person in the home insurance area. Thanks to Cynthia@MPXINSURANCE.COM and working team. Doing auto insurance next? + read more

I received a MIRACLE today. I can not stop praising, thanking, and glorifying Almighty Holy God, for sending me; Sonia Salem, MPX Insurance Services, Inc., Personal Lines Producer, Office: 866-553-2900 Ext #254, Fax# 949-281-2877, sonia@mpxinsurance.com, www.mpxinsurance.com... I was paying my HOME INSURANCE $174 monthly. I continuously prayed and asked Almighty God to give me HOME INSURANCE that is much lower; I searched online, and my realtor helped me find lower-cost insurance with coverage acceptable with my LENDER USB. But failed, and the Realtor gave up. I did not give up; I trusted and believed Almighty God, will not deny me. Today, I received, an invoice, and evidence of insurance; I signed a 12-page document, and I mailed my annual premium, of $847, which is $73/month, with the same coverage and acceptable to my LENDER, USBank. There should be more Sonia Salem, MPX Insurance Services, Inc., Personal Lines Producer. THANK YOU, SONIA. May the Almighty God bless you always. read more

Thank you Melissa S. for going the extra mile and calling me today! Insurance can be complicated. But you can't be without it if you own a home. I have a circa 1940 wood frame house in a lovely old community. And I did a lot to bring it to current codes but not many will insure my little charming home. And Florida is losing insurance companies as the risks of weather changes may increase. (That is an indicator of global warming if you didn't believe it before.) I fee very fortunate to have found the wonderful helpful informed ladies who work in this company. They walked me through what I needed to get the homeowners insurance I needed; So I could re-finance my home. And it was affordable and less expensive then NJ where I moved from. It is really about service and communication. Thanks, Melissa! read more

I am 75 years old, and when it comes to buying insurance, simpler is better. From scouting for an agent to uploading the document to my mortgage holder, Amanda Blake provided better, faster, and more understandable help in obtaining a new homeowner's policy for my Florida condo. The renewal notice from my previous and former (and I do mean former) insurer had almost doubled the premium from a year ago. Amanda took the whole transaction in stride, providing clear coverage options and guidance in securing a wind mitigation report. I am amazed at the excellent personal service Amanda Blake provided. I can say without any hesitation that the entire process was easy. I'm pretty sure I've never made that statement about insurance before now. read more

Dealing with this company has been a great experience. They were able to get me a great rate on my new home. Now that is time to renew. I had several questions and was confused on some things. My agent Michelle Dunlop is the best. The first time I talked to her she was very pleasant. She explained everything to a tee. She called me back when she said she would. She was also able to save me almost $300 on my renewing policy. I received a letter about being removed from Citizens next year. Again I had questions. Michelle explained that process to me as well. She is a really great agent! I truly appreciate her knowledge and kindness to someone who is new at this home insurance thing. read more

This Company from the very beginning saved me time and money. Everyone here is competent and knows this line of work. i tell all my friends and family about how they saved my family 2k dollars with our policies. I opened my account with Sonia, then Michielle followed up with my renewal and or helped me get flood insurance due to flood maps changing. then what prompted this review was more insurance mis-haps from my last agent doubled policies myself and created a nightmare but called John and he sent me over the Docs to send my previous agent to help resolve the issue at hand. Nothing but good things to say about MPX insurance. Thank you all from the Mulkey family. read more

I can't say it was perfect since, I still seem to be paying off a 23 year old car that's been paid for three times over in terms of insurance when I've never had an accident claim in 32 years and my premiums continue to rise. But that's the market and it has nothing to do with MPX. I answered the inquiry from Amanda Blake after being flooded with texts about a quote I requested. She took the time to reach out and speak to me and did her best... and I'm saving $230/year. No hits on the homeowners bundle, but I live in Florida so that's not a surprise. Seamless transaction and I'm happy to be saving a few bucks. Thanks for your support, Amanda! read more

Amanda Blake and her team saved the day! I had to comply with the demands of the insurance company to replace my roof before they would approve coverage. The inspector representing Dania Beach inspected the workmanship ( after three attempts ) and finally signed off that all was OK. Some one from the inspectors office neglected to update the final inspection into the public record causing unnecessary stress and delay. But Amanda and staff came to my rescue and navigated thru the error and was able to bind the agreement between me and the insurance company. I am grateful beyond words. Thank You!!! I was looking to replace my existing homeowner's insurance when I saw that I could obtain Citizens property insurance through MXP. I contacted them and they sent me a quote which was far better than I had hoped. I researched the company and found them to be a good solid one. Sonia Salem was great. She gave me all the info I needed. Sonia also helped me with the application. She made it seamless, and we were able to complete the application all online. All my questions were answered, and the e-mailing was a time saver. Thank you for all your help. I became a customer in no time. read more

Kathy P at MPX has been responsive, articulate, and willing to listen to my questions and clarify my options based on what different insurance companies offer. Her phone calls to my voice mail are always followed up with an email. With my home & auto policies renewing now, I needed to reconsider options due to a steep home insurance hike. Both Kathy at MPX and another company's insurance broker searched all of the options out there, and both gave me the same intel. But Kathy explained the reasons why my home premium increased. I reward transparency when doing business. read more

Sonia S**** was fantastic with her follow up and although THIS time we could not come up with a home insurance policy, it certainly was not for a lack of effort by Sonia. Living in FL, there are but a few "reputable" companies left that will write and Sonia spent considerable time searching and looking for a company that would offer a policy on our almost 20 year old house. As mentioned, we didn't find something this time but I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Sonia to everyone because of her exemplary follow up! read more

I spoke with Amy and within 2 hours I had a policy. She was knowledgeable and patient. We have owned homes for the last 36 years and have never found insurance agents to be helpful. This is a rare and unexpected. Our prior agent never spoke to us regarding the enormous premium hike, just sent us a bill. When I tried reaching out to them they said that is all we have. The next thing we got from them was a requirement to replace our roof or we would be cancelled. What a difference Amy and her team are. read more

I want to thank Crystyn Pollard for following up on our insurance. I talked to her a couple of months before my insurance came due and she said she would review it and call me back before it came due. Not only did she call back but informed me of a discount I could take advantage of. We have had other agents before and never call us much less help us get a discount. Thank you very much and continue the good work. Will b e willing to recommend her to others. Again Thank you Crystn. Ray and Dolly Molinar read more

I am so grateful that I found MPX Home Insurance. I was shopping everywhere, and all quotes were so high! Yes, we live in FL and have insurance cost issues, but this year it was unusually high. Sonia Salem was my agent; she was amazingly helpful! The process was done in less than one hour, and I got my insurance on the same day my previous insurance expired. Thank you so much for the speedy process, and I've got a quote much lower than other companies offered very affordable. Highly recommend! read more

I had the best experience with my agent Karim. He went above and beyond to help me with my homeowners and auto insurance. He was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything that was needed and I'm very happy with my agent. He even pointed it out on my auto insurance to add road assistance in case of a flat tire and said it's only $2 a month. The best advice I've heard in years :) Thank you so much MPX Insurance and thank you Karim for your service and knowledge! read more

Micah is amazing! When meeting with her, she was very patient and very knowledgeable. She helped us understand things that we didn't know when it came to insurance. Not only was she able to get us better coverage, but at a better price. We are so lucky to have been able to work with her. You can't put a price on peace of mind, but she sure does make it come close. I gave her five stars! But I would give her 20 if it was available. read more
