Whether text, call, email, contact form, morse code, telegram, skywriting, it has been a nightmare getting ahold of someone to assist with issues. I could not get someone to tell me why My policy went up in price every month FOR ABOUT 4-5 months. And then at month 6 it jumped up nearly double on the renewal. I just wanted to know why? Did something happen and if I could lower my policy coverage. But I could NEVER get a quote. You will have to take off of work, go to their office and make them make someone have time for you. They are nice when they do(a year ago) but I was not able to do this and get a reason or make policy changes... because I could not get someone on the phone. I was with them for 4 years. We switched to progressive for hundreds cheaper with how unprofessionally unresponsive this statefarm branch is. Pick a different branch and you may have better luck.

Recently, my credit score went up over 100 points so I called about getting a better rate. They told me that credit score is automatically reviewed during renewal. Just j go o my renewal notice and my rate went down about $3 a month!! WHAT? I called to inquire and also to add a condo insurance policy since I recently bought a condo. That was last week and I am still waiting for a call back 7 days later. I have lost track of how many times I have called and waited for a call back and never got one. This includes the number of times I called and couldn't get a hold of my agent and left a message and never received a call back. This is not the service I received when I originally signed up with Hanks daughter it 1991. I think her name was Jane. I will be looking for another insurance agent that has better customer service. It looks like someone replied to my review on Google and but did not provide a name or contact information and did not call me. Just another example of their poor customer service!

    I would rate this company as zero if it were an option!! They get NO STARS!!…read more Please don't sign up with this company. They are scammers. They'll say anything to get you to sign up, then not follow through with their promises. Before I signed up, I asked the folks multiple times if my HVAC claims would be denied due to a lack of regular maintenance. I was assured that this company "doesn't disqualify for lack of annual maintenance". Yet this is EXACTLY what they denied my claim for. Do yourselves a favor and run away fast from this company's claims and promises. They lie and won't deliver. The customer service is deplorable (practically nonexistent). You're better off dedicating a portion of your monthly budget to savings for repairs and avoiding these home warranty scammy programs. It will cost you much less in the long run. That's what I intend to do. Never ever will I sign up with one of these again and this one's the WORST by far.

For 3 summer months in 2024, we went with NO Air Conditioning. Obviously, we were unhappy with their "service". 74 days after my claim was opened and after numerous lies by both ARW and KEEPE, we were notified that ARW was going to buyout our claim. 74 days for Seniors without Air Conditioning in the summer is unacceptable. After our claim was opened, it took 17 days to schedule a Tech who diagnosed the problem and said he could not proceed without ARW's approval. It took another 12 days to receive the report. It took another 20 days to get the Tech to return to conduct a Leak Test. ARW contracted "KEEPE" to locate local repair services. KEEPE failed to keep scheduled appointments with us and lied to me about the name of the repair company they said had been scheduled. (No such company was confirmed). Despite my objections to ARW to continue to work with KEEPE, ARW continued to work with KEEPE on my claim. On multiple occasions I was told KEEPE would have their completed report submitted to ARW by the end of the day. These promises were not kept. They continually lied and I made this known to ARW. ARW and KEEPE both showed NO compassion that Senior Citizens were without AC during the summer months. If there was any compassion, it would not have taken 74 days. At one point I was told my "Out of Pocket" to repair my Air Conditioning would be $390. I suggested that it would be a positive gesture for ARW to absorb this out of pocket due to the headaches involved. My suggestion was declined. Once my claim was closed, I twice wrote to ARW and asked if there was any type of compensation they could provide us for the unacceptable length of time for Seniors not having AC during the summer months and for a truly negative experience with them. Both letters were ignored and unanswered. ARW is terrible. KEEPE is terrible. I would not recommend either.
