John's is very professional and his work is meticulous. I am extremely happy with the system they have put in place. He is available at any time and is extremely flexible to your schedule. At one point my alarm starting tripping, and I gave him to call to check it out. He came the next morning before I had to leave for work, fixed the problem in 15 minutes and was on his way. (I would like to state for the record that the problem was not something caused by MHS Systems. Please the pictures attached of the main Control 4 housing tower that AAA installed and look how disgusting, dirty and dusty the tower is to this day! Not that they have received ALL of their money they refuse to assist us in helping us achieve a fully functioning system. Recently some of the programming went "wonky" which is part of the issue they caused with the driver's they installed and the owner literally told me to reach out to the guy who sold us the system who no longer works for AAA, how crazy is that. When I called to confront him about this ludicrous statement he told me to "shut up"! Being a business owner for nearly 2 decades I truly understand customer service and ethical conduct as a business owner and Phillip Ampel the owner of AAA is probably one of the most unprofessional, dishonest individuals I have come across. I will update this review accordingly in the future with also pictures of how they left the Control4 cabinet install etc. once I get them uploaded. I will also update it accordingly to give insight as to how things are going with AAA in terms of getting our system operating as we were promised it would at contract completion. I have been dealing with GHT for a couple of years now. This time I had the pleasure of working…read morewith Travis. We were wanting to upgrade our projector from a JVC NX7 to the new JVC NZ900. Travis told me they were so new we had to order it to get in line for them so he did. After a month or so the projector came in ahead of schedule. This upgrade was also for all the gaming I do in my theater room so this projector could do 4k 120HZ which was something my last projector could not do. Travis sent Rafeal over to install the projector and some fancy switch and we had to get new HDMI cables that could carry 4k 120 HZ. Well the switch would not do what was advertised they tried for a long time to get the switch to do the 120 but it would not. They came out a second time this time with Rafeal and Chris they worked a long time making calls and looking stuff up to figure out what the problem was. The kept me informed of the plan to fix it which involved putting a new board in my receiver and ditching the fancy switch. So the third time they came out again always on time if not a little early. They got it working in no time with the proper piece they needed. We cannot stress enough how pleasant it was working with Travis, Rafeal, and Chris. I strongly suggest using GHT it is a local owned company and they do amazing work if you are interested in High end stuff. I used to try and save money and use the big box places but they just do not have the skills nor the equipment that GHT can get a hold of. They are super knowledgeable you will not regret using them.
