We live in a community with about 350 homes. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Please be sure to review the contract before you sign it seeing as they feel as long as the guard is on the property you will be paying full price for services they are not providing. They had guards smoking weed on our property, left weed in one of our breakrooms along with many messes. One of them had a friend accompany him on our property a few times, he was NOT an employee but was wearing a generic shirt that said security on it. They would hang out in the breakroom smoking weed and working out with bar bells instead of guarding our property. They were found sleeping in their car while they were supposed to be on duty. Many residents complained about never seeing them patrolling/walking the community. I received many excuses on why we did receive our Daily Activity Report (a daily report we rely heavily on). I ended up going through two account managers before I decided this just wasn't going to work for our community. We ended up going with Vigilantz Security and couldn't be happier with the services we are receiving. read more
