YZ was great!! We had an issue with iPhone 11 suspecting of water damage. Asked for help on Yelp and YZ was quick on the reply. He listed out all of the possible common causes and repair options based on the phone's boot loop symptoms when I visited the store. Very knowledge all around even with more difficult resolutions in data recovery. However we were super happy when he found the issue which by replacing one sensor was able to get the phone back up and running. After many years of use, our laptop was having so many issues that we decided it was time to get a new one. My wife looked up yelp reviews and told me that she found a company (InstaFix) with great reviews. I was very skeptical but called them anyways. YZ took his time explaining all of the fixes for my two devices. The first was an iPad that one of the kids had stepped on, shattering the screen and bending the frame. He replaced the screen and straightened the frame all while preserving the home button so we didn't lose touch access. The second was an iPhone 13 Pro Max, not only did he overnight the replacement screen so I could get it the next day but got it fixed first thing the next morning.
