This business is comparable to any salon in the area based on price and service, but I have to say what I love about this business. I've been here multiple times. Their level of excellent customer service does above and beyond. It very difficult to find good customer service in an industry that is focused on customer service and this place nailed it. I had to return because my Stylist missed a spot in my hair coloring, and I went in and the owner gladly fixed the problem. It appears if you return within the two weeks window, there is no charge. If you want your hair done right I highly recommend this business. I love the way they run their business and the customer service. However they do have a nail salon that's attached to the business and they're offering a 30% off for your first time. I did not expect the service to be so costly for a nail polish removal. read more

I absolutely loved my stylist! Everyone in the salon was extremely kind. It felt very high end and it was a nice environment. The hair washing station was excellent! My hair is usually really heavy and they had a nice set up to take all the weight off my hair! My cut and blow out looks stunning! My hair looks so healthy and shiny! Love the vibe of this place! Love that they have full on washcloths to dry your hands with as well as comfy robes for you to wear during your service. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. This salon is such a cool place! I went to see my stylist Kalista who is so amazing and I would follow her any where! The building is so cute and walking in you are immediately greeted by a friendly host. Everything is very clean and neat. The music playing was upbeat and nice. They even offer mimosas while you get your hair done! MIMOSAS UMMMMM YES PLEASE!!!!! I received the mod relaxing scalp massage while being shampooed. The whole experience was great nothing like your typical hair salon. They use a good brand of product which left my hair silky smooth. I have natural 3c curly hair and Kalista is the only one I trust to blow out and flat iron it. They also have a nail technician I will be trying next time I go. read more

Amanda is absolutely the best!!!! She cuts my hair and all 3 of my kiddos! She is an amazing person and a blessing to know. She treats every client as if they were family. I love, love, love her!! Aside from being an amazing person, she is the BEST person to have ever touched my hair. I have long, THICK, wavy hair and so do all of my kids. Most people are not able to provide a good hair cut or explain the right techniques but Amanda does it every time. She has a great team of stylists which she personally trains. I called today at 3:13 p.m. to schedule a trim, I spoke with Sabrina who advised me that Morgan could take me in at 4:00 p.m. I arrived 5 minutes early, I filled out their paperwork took a seat and minutes later I am told there was a misunderstanding and Morgan cannot take care of me after all. This place is one of a kind. The staff had a great attitude and were very knowledgeable in what they do. Rebecca was my stylist and she made sure I was comfortable and was okay with the length, layers, bangs and every product she used she explained what it was for and let me tell you the products were great as well. I wish I took a before and after picture because what looked like thin and dry hair at first, Rebecca brought it back to life with the volume and cut. My hair felt and looked beautiful again! When your daughter has naturally curly hair and you don't, it's hard to know how to fix it, which products to use and how to use them. We set up an appointment with Kennedy this past week. She also has naturally curly hair and took my daughter, age 10, through the process from hair wash to finished hair do. Kennedy explained the process and products and how to use them so well and perfect for a 10 year old to understand. My daughter will still need my help from time to time, but now she has the tools to enable her to fix her own hair, and she couldn't be more excited! Thank you so much Kennedy!! read more
