Although my husband's case was more extensive than expected, Dr. Wolfson realized that his best interest in our case was to refer us to an appropriate oral surgeon who was terrific. Dr. Wolfson's swift action and appropriate referral and follow up averted a very dangerous physical issue. We appreciated his kind, gracious, professionalism.

These people are incompetent and liars (I do not say that lightly - it's just a fact). The did 3-D imaging that cost $323 then would not give me a copy of it. I called every week for over a month and they would promise to call me when it was ready, but never did. I was lucky to go to another Prosthodontist who did the same test for free because they knew that I had already paid for it elsewhere. Evolution gave me an estimate of $75K to do work that I have since learned it's totally unnecessary. Do not waste your money.

My experience has been incredibly frustrating…read more Before my appointment, I told the office that both my daughter and I had recently had X-rays taken at our previous dentist. Despite that, they insisted on taking new X-rays. I later found out they were not covered by my insurance because they had been done too recently. To make matters worse, I was led to believe I was making a copay payment. It wasn't until I asked for a receipt that I discovered I had actually been charged for the X-rays. Had I known that was what I was paying for, I would have questioned it immediately. The office acknowledged that this was their mistake and assured me the charge would be refunded. Nearly two months later, I still have not received my refund. I've called about once a week to follow up, and every conversation has been disappointing. Diane either seems confused about why I'm calling or has the details of my case wrong. Most recently, she told me that my insurance company would be sending me a check instead of the office issuing a refund--which makes no sense since the charge resulted from the office's own error, not my insurance company's. It's incredibly frustrating to have an office admit they made a mistake but then delay resolving it for months while repeatedly acting as though they don't understand the situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

This office is open late til 7pm and also open on Saturdays which work perfectly since I don't have to take a PTO day from work. Chairs are comfortable and there is a tv screen each room.
