Everything about the procedure was explained ahead of time, I was given appropriate medications for pain management and the staff was beyond lovely. Everything wrapped up in just over an hour. I was sent home with a phenomenal care package and steps for check up in 1 year. Dr Conn and his assistant Emily were fabulous and I am in no pain hours after the freezing is out. They didn't provide me with any documentation of said quote and after the work was done they immediately pulled out the chair for me to sit down and pay. I paid the full amount under the impression that my benefit company would cover almost all the cost. I got stuck with a bill for nearly $1300 for procedure that a regular dentist charges almost half the amount. I then spoke to the admin at Langley Endodontics. They denied they quoted me the lower cost and didn't follow up with my request to speak to the specialist Dr.Conn and get back to me. Lastly, they prescribed me Advil and Tylenol to take at a regular schedule. I ended up with burning stomach pain for almost 4 days.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the office is state-of-the-art and my treatment was successful. On my first visit they needed to do a 3D image of my tooth. I asked if I could take a picture of it with me. They did much better than that: they burned a DVD with not only the 3D data but viewing software so I could manipulate the image, slice it, zoom in, etc. Very high tech and fun. If that's interesting to you, be sure to ask for it. Dr. Liang is very personable and seems to really know his stuff. He explained things well and was happy to answer all questions. He personally followed up with a phone call a couple of days after my visits to make sure everything was OK. I guess no one looks forward to a visit to the dentist exactly, but if I need more endodontic work done, this is the place I'd want to go for it.

I don't know who helped me, I believe it was the woman on the left of your staff photo, but she was incredibly nice and very comforting. I was getting a filling, which was something I was really scared about, but it ended up being great! They had a TV on the ceiling, which was pretty cool, and she handed me headphones, which weren't heavy military-grade nuclear test listening headphones, but some nice light ones that still allowed me to feel as if I was still a person in the room. I had no idea it existed, but there's a little coat you can get put around the cavity, which made me incredibly relieved, as i'm always anxious about the drill hitting my tongue or gum. The dentist was really friendly too, and finished the procedure really quickly. I'm happy to say I'll be coming here again!

During the root canal procedure, he kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok and kept telling me that it was ok if I needed a break. He was just delightful! The front staff were also super friendly, they made sure to go over my insurance with me so I knew what I was getting in for and helped me file my claim as well. They don't direct bill but they do help you submit your claim. After the procedure, the doctor again asked me if I had any questions and made sure I was going home feeling comfortable. The next day, the staff called to follow up with me and make sure I was doing ok. They kept saying that if anything comes up, they would be there to help and that I shouldn't hesitate to call them.
