They treated me like their top priority and I am thrilled with the final outcome. Dentistry is not just medicine; there is a huge art component to it. The Zoom laser cleaning really works. The skill of Dr. Zaimedar is above and beyond any dentist I have ever been to and the hygienist was simply outstanding. My dental work required numerous visits and I felt confident throughout the whole process. The team explained my options and helped guide me to a solution that worked best for me. I was comfortable while the extensive work was being done. The office itself is very pleasant which also has a calming effect. There is comradery among the dental team and they collaborate well which also made me feel at ease. The only thing I can say about the fee is that the service far outweighs the fee for the service. I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants great dentistry.

Went in yesterday to have to have it checked up. The doctor seems to want to blame it on variety of reasons such as bad luck and the lack of night guard which doesn't really make sense given I had no history grinding teeth. And given I spent over $10,000 on the root canals and crowns, why would I skip on a few hundred dollars of night guard if it was made clear I needed it at the time of the treatment. There's also a growing gap between the crown and my gum, potentially caused by the metal crown itself. I'm not sure why a metal crown was chosen, especially since I've been told elsewhere that they're not ideal for sensitive teeth. I recall a larger than expected gap between this crown and the neighboring tooth, and I experienced minor pain when chewing. The dentist dismissed it as normal at the time, but I wonder if this contributed to the failure. While I understand that these procedures aren't always guaranteed, I chose this practice because I believed they were specialists who could deliver superior results. The outcome has been very disappointing. What's most upsetting is the lack of empathy and accountability from the dentist and staff. Instead of offering any form of apology or compensation, they seem focused on promoting a $9,000 implant. Why do I come here again if it didn't work well the last time? Maybe it also has to do with the nurse's English. It was hard to understand her. The same goes for the doctor. The communication seems to go in circles a lot of the time. The only good service was the Asian lady at the front desk. Overall, the dentist's skills are questionable, the staff are unhelpful, and the service has not been what I would have expected that cost of tens of thousands of dollars. You get Comfort Inn service while paying for Four Seasons prices. Doesn't make sense.

On your first visit to the office, you don't sit down in the dentist chair right away - instead Dr. Marshall takes you into his office and has a little "teeth chat" - he goes over any problems you've had in the past, worries/concerns you have, or hopes for the future. Yes, hopes for your teeth. Then you're ushered into the light and airy dental chair areas and get the inspections done by fantastic hygienists (Mel is awesome!) while getting a view of the North Shore mountains. They also have blankets for you if you ever feel chilly! They are very thorough - whenever you need work done, the dentists explain exactly what has happened, and the various courses of action that they can take to fix it. I've often sat in the chair with a hand mirror, while the dentist shows me something on my teeth or gums. Fascinating - these guys really love teeth. They are excellent dentists too - very precise with their work, and I've never had pain when they're working on my mouth! The only downside is that apparently they are on the expensive end of dentistry, but it's totally worth it for me to know that I have experts working on my teeth! However, if money's tight for you, ask them to do an insurance proposal for anything they plan on doing - so you know what you're getting into. The office is always happy to do that, and abide by my wishes! I have referred three of my friends to the Drs Marshall office and everyone has been happy with them too!

The clinic is lovely and the view is beautiful. I felt calm, relaxed and very well taken care of. The procedure was painless and if not for the price, I would return. In doing some price comparison, I found that some things were almost double. For a routine checkup and clean, it's 3 hours and I was quoted $700. Just about fell off my chair. Otherwise, a gold star... 4 of them. I couldn't afford the 5th.

I had previously been bouncing around dentists after mine retired, and ended up having an unpleasant experience at a corporate dental clinic so I really wanted to find someone non-corporate. To start with, the receptionists were friendly and helpful when I was booking my appointment, and provided reminders as the appointment approached. When I arrived, I was happy to see that they have great COVID protocols in place. They seem to be well organized, and I didn't have to wait for my appointment. Dr. Okamura was wonderful. He's friendly, personable, knowledgeable and very kind. It is obvious that his patients' well being is his utmost concern. He is patient, and takes the time to explain things carefully. He also didn't try to up sell me on all of the things the corporate dental clinic was trying to tell me I needed. His approach is more conservative and careful, which I really appreciated. He shared his plan with me, and was upfront and honest about the issues I have with my teeth. He did a very thorough initial exam, even measuring my jaw and noting issues with how it opens and closes through various tests (I've never had a dentist do this before). I have had a problem with one of my teeth for almost a year now, which several dentists have tried to fix, but Dr. Okamura referred me to a specialist to take a look before we do anything, and I really appreciated that as well. All-in-all it was a great first appointment, and I feel reassured that I have found the right dentist for me!
