We dried her nails for over 40 minutes in the shop, and they never did set. They were soft all day so we had to take the polish off when we got home because it was just if you hit anything the polish was pushing up. I know y'all were really busy today, but you need to take the time to do a good job on people who have appointments, and you are working on. While I'm from out of state, my daughter lives in Hillsborough, and would maybe frequent your shop but probably not after this. I paid $185 for two kids to have a pedicure and manicure and me to have a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and it's absolutely not worth it. I was her first appointment of the day, I should have paid more attention to the nail work, but I didn't and didn't until my nails were painted and all the flaws were easily seen , puts a customer an awkward position, i'm just surprised that she let me walk out the door with my nails looking the way they did. So I decided just to deal with it and not go back. my nails are really bubbly and one side and the other side of my nail bed is super think like paper but they are very and even some of my nails don't match they all are different sizes I went back today to get my nail fixed, and ask them to fix the nails that were noticeably uneven and unstable. I was told I had to come back and see the nail tech that did my nails, which I felt was very unfair because that would be three days that I had to cons sit and get my nails done. I then basically begged the nail tech to at least fix the one that was incredibly think one one side and thick on the other . Unfortunately I will not be going back but here are some photos of the work that I got it. UPDATE : I Woke up to three text messages from mike , he was very professional and his main goal was to resolve my issue. He did provide me with different options in order to resolve my issues and make sure I was satisfied with the end goal, I will say I am more then satisfied with the way they handled it and even tho I am uncomfortable with going back I'm going to because mike has made it more comfortable, I changed my star rating because of how professional and print this was taken care of *** 2nd update : MIKE was amazing and my nails look AMAZING....
