Billed over two hundred upon leaving called next day apparently they took 100 off AFTER my voicemail. It will cost a lot more than that to fix this fake looking hair. The salon is not very aesthetically pleasing to be in either. Very drab with no natural light.

Avanti is located in the shopping center right off of the New Garden Road exit off Bryan Boulevard, 15 minutes from downtown Greensboro with plenty of parking right by the salon. As soon as I walked in I was taken aback in a wonderful way of how big the place was. It was bustling with hair stylists and customers and technicians getting and giving all kinds of treatments. It gave off a great vibe. I had the pleasure of getting my haircut and styled by Gary, and had the opportunity to also meet his wife Rebecca who is intrinsic to the success of Avanti. Both of them are warm and charming and welcoming and talented! It was wonderful to get an old-fashioned haircut with lots of care and a pair of scissors by someone as experienced as Gary. I loved my haircut and I have been back several times since, alternating between Avanti and Christian. Gary does it all. He washes your hair, he offers you a conditioner afterwards, takes great care and pride in the haircut and is a wonderful conversationalist. I always feel like a million bucks when I go in there. As appreciative as I am of the wonderful haircut, my visit to Avanti would not be complete without spending some time with Rebecca, Gary's, wife and co-owner of the business. I love visiting with her in the office and we always have lots to talk about. Great lady! Avanti offers lots of other services and I intend to check them out at some point. They have lots of repeat business because it seemed like everybody knew everybody. A great sign! As you can tell by this review, I am enchanted with Avanti and so impressed with Gary and Rebecca, owners of this wonderful establishment. What a duo!! Male or female, I cannot recommend this place enough. As long as there is still some hair on my head, I will be visiting Avanti and taking advantage of this fantastic salon and the TLC I get from its owners!
