I've been coming here for a while and see Lena every 3 weeks -- she's the best! She always does an amazing job and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. The salon is always super clean, and everyone who works here is so friendly and cheerful. It's such a fun and relaxing place to be. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me for my SNS and polish change on my toes. They were very friendly. The tech (Brian) was very friendly and accommodating. They looked great when I left. The next day three of my nails and cracked, I went back and he gladly fixed them at no charge. Within less than a week all of my nails on my right hand had broken and several on my left hand. This has never happened to me before. I don't know if the dipping powder was bad or what. I will not go back, it is too expensive to have to deal with this. I am going to have to get them done again this week at my expense. read more

I made an appointment the morning I needed to get my nails done and had no problem getting in! When I arrived they took me right away which was great! They have a lot of pedicures to choose from but I went with the green tea pedicure for $37..it was great!! He really took his time and did a good massage. My nails turned out well too! This was my first time visiting. I went on a Saturday around 4. It was busy but I didn't have to wait to get started. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was guided on how to check in and then escorted to my chair. I was offered a beverage and was asked to confirm if the water temp was ok. I chose the jelly pedicure which was really nice and the man that did my pedicure did a great job. The massage was awesome after having such a crazy week. The service was not bad, however, I had 3 different people to do 2 services. My pedicure looked decent, however, my full set.... NIGHTMARE!!! my nails are uneven, wide and all around unsatisfactory!! The nail shop itself is nice but it creates this persona as if the tech's actually know how to do nails. I normally use SNS Dip powder which I told the tech. In the case of getting a new set you have to soak off ALL the old powder (common sense). She DID NOT.. she soaked off 1 nail that had been broken off then used the dremel one all the others, put a tiny bit of ACRYLIC on top of the old sns by my cuticles to make it look "fresh".. when in reality it was like placing a poor quality bandaid on a cut. She proceeded with painting over the old sns with gel polish. The nails themselves were kinda cute not in any way, shape or form of what I wanted but its all she seemed she could do. I spent $55 just for a NATURAL nail to fall off 2 days after I got them done. That is absolutely unacceptable. This is the type of place you go to for basic nail manicures. I went today to get a refund or something and all they said they could do was fix the 1 nail that had fallen off.... If a natural nail not even a fake tip has fallen off on day 2 I do not trust them to do a decent job. I do not work as hard as I do to waste my time at amateur locations. I highly recommend the best nail shop in Mebane NC Twinkle Nails ! This is where I always go but they were booked up on my only day off, this was my last resort and a poor one at that. Next time I will patiently wait for the quality and exceptional work done at TWINKLE NAILS not "elite" nails. read more

My best friend's husband purchased a manicure/Pedicure package for she and myself for her birthday. (For whatever we wanted) When we arrived the rude ass girl at the front desk told us that they couldn't do a full set for either of us, so my friend and I said that was fine we would just our sets done while we were at the beach. When we were seated for our pedicure, the nail tech said "oh we can do full sets for both of you!!" We were very happy to hear that! The nail tech started on my friend and I waited for my tech while she was doing a manicure on another client, probably 15-20 mins I waited. Ok, I'm not a bitch by no means, I can be, I understand when people get behind and have to rush a little, but in some professions you just should not rush!! If you are 20 mins behind then stay 20 mins behind when doing someone's pedicure and manicure because now I'm here on Yelp giving your company a bad ass review because I'm 1 week and 1 day out and all but 3 of my dipped power nails are about to fall off!! Not just lifting a little but damn near falling the hell off!! One hand is visible longer than the other and one hand is shaped differently than the other! Oh and let's not forget about my friend, her tech took his time and still didn't get it right! Her nails are lifting horribly because he got the acrylic all up on her cuticles and she asked him to please cut them shorter and he ignored her. The people in this salon seem to be very capable, it's a shame!! She and I have an appointment tomorrow. The new salon we are going to said they can fix my friends, but would have to redo mine! My girlfriend came here to have acrylic nails done. Brian/bryan, did her nails. He told her the original color she picked was ugly and that's why she didn't have a boyfriend. And made comments to her about boyfriends and how if she was 18 he would cook for her?! He also told her he was unable to do coffin shaped nails, and the nails ended up looking terrible. He was being very unprofessional with the comments he was making towards her. read more

the pedicure was great! however, I got a set of varying put on and one popped off not even 4 day's after i got them. I went back to get it fixed and they put the wrong color on the new nail. My mom got her nails done the same day I did here and one of her sns nails came off exactly one week after getting them done. I would only recommend coming here for pedicures. read more

I was in the area and needed to get my nails and eyebrows done so I stopped in here for the first time. $35 for a mani/pedi and $8 for eyebrow waxing. I would say the pedicure looks fine, the manicure is a mediocre job that still isn't fully dry after 30 min, and the eyebrows was a complete waste of money (I do a better job). They didn't clean it up well over the brows and didn't cut down the longer hairs at the inside. There are also a lot of extra hairs that I will have to go home and clean up myself with tweezers. Also I forgot to mention that when cutting down my cuticles, she snipped my skin which didn't really hurt, but it bled and will of course form a scab. I would expect much more at the $35 price tag. read more

I went here to try them out for a manicure because of the decent reviews. There were little bumps all over the polish, and it chipped after two days (light polish). This was my first visit, and they didn't even apply a top clear coat, so I assume that things would only go downhill. Their prices are not cheap, so I see no reason to go here. read more

Would go lower if there was an option. They don't clean the dirt from under your nail and they broke my finger nail.
