But Adriane actually listens and has the skill to back it up! She takes the time to look at any inspo photos and gives thoughtful suggestions that work with your hair type and texture. She's super detail-oriented (makes sense since she has a background in architecture!), but still efficient. I never feel rushed, and the final result is always clean, precise, and exactly what I want/am looking for! She also gives helpful styling tips and uses great-smelling products that actually work! The vibe in the salon is calm and welcoming, and Adriane herself is really easy to talk to. I also appreciate that Ceremony is a no-tip salon, pricing is straightforward, and honestly, she's so good that I wish I could tip her extra! If you're looking for a stylist who's skilled, kind, and genuinely cares about the end result, I highly recommend her! I was already on my way when I received the notice. I understand that illness happens, but a 15-minute heads-up is not acceptable. They offered to reschedule, which I appreciate, but made no attempt to compensate for the wasted trip and time. Better communication and some goodwill -- even a small discount on a future visit -- would have gone a long way.

I didn't feel like seeing a 20 year old girl cry that evening though so I just paid and left with making a fuss. I'm still going to keep their star average up though because of how they handled it when i reached out after. I know the problem was the their booking system was configured wrong and matched me with someone who couldn't do it. They were nice, gave me a refund and it and promised to fix the software configuration. I wasn't going anywhere for the next couple weeks anyway. I'm sure the kid knows to just say "sorry, I can't do men's hair" next time. I don't have API access but trust her JSON object no longer returns 'mens' and they're not using XML for anything either. I'm not posting a photo of myself with a bad haircut but here's my dog Maya.

We live in the middle of her 3 locations and have used all 3 based on Kelly's and our own schedules. All the salons have great atmosphere and are pleasant to visit.
