Be sure to double check the amount before check out. ### I unfortunately left disappointed after a decent first experience in the salon. They quoted me initially during a consultation for 3 hours from 1-4pm. When I arrived for my appointment, my stylist took me 20min after my appointment time started as she was busy with another customer. We ended the appointment at 4:22 and I assumed it would still be 3 hours given the delayed start. The receptionist pulled the price up to have the stylist confirm. The stylist shrugged and said "we started a bit late but that's fine." Then I saw the price and they added a full hour to the total price. After tip, it was over $460. Given it was my first time I felt overwhelmed and didn't say anything and cause a scene. I regret not speaking up in the moment. However I don't recommend people go here as they may do the same to you. I won't be returning.

I was so stoked when Skyler came back since she's the stylist I like to go to the most. RPS isn't cheap but I treat myself to it and every cut I get is well worth it. Unfortunately, Grace didn't know how to handle curly hair and she cut way too much. Also, my hair is all the same length (no facial framing). I have used Heavenly Hair by Kim whom I met back in the 1980's. Over the many years of my life, she is one of the top two hair stylists I have met you can go in and say, "you do what you think will look the best". She is amazing, whether working with color, a simple trim or a new style. Loads of experience and great training. 10*s to Kim, you will not regret your visit with her. Nails by Michelle did pedicures for an elderly friend and me. I love the fact, she understands older, thiner, more sensitive skin and in doing the pedicure took an hour with full treatment and massage. It was wonderful. For years, I have been fighting dry, cracking on my heels and she recommended Kerasal Intensive Foot Repair. Why hasn't any other shop done that prior? Also, she informed my friend, she had a toenail fungus and she recommended a couple of products for her which could be picked up at a corner drug store or on Amazon. 10*s vs. the 5*s they allow here on Yelp for being so open and sharing her wealth of knowledge. Hello Beautiful Facials.... haven't been there, done that yet as my appointment is on our next trip. I will stop back by to update this review. Niurka (aka Nikki) is an Esthetician. I went in for a color and trim. I have blonde highlights and showed a picture of what I wanted -wanting to go lighter for summer. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was finally called back. I discussed what I wanted with the picture with the stylist. I explained that I wanted a touch up but lighter color and just a trim because I'm letting my hair grow out. It took 3 hours, cost $130 and was completely not what I wanted. I went in with blonde highlights and expected to come out with lighter hair but was shocked and upset to see my hair was brunette! I have never been so disappointed. I was trying to go blonder for vacation and engagement photos and now I don't even look like myself and absolutely hate how dark it is. Also $50 of the cost was for the trim I asked for? I wish I'd never gone there. Time, money and blonde I can't get back (at least not before vacation).
