They were able to get me a time within a few days. Michael Morgan was my inspector. He more than met my expectations. I got an amazingly specific report along with photos of each item. I was able to talk to him for a little bit during the inspection, but I ended up having to leave. I called the next day to get some additional information and he was happy to help. He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. The pickiness and the overwhelming opinions that went beyond safety and code for the age of home overtook the report which made the decision making on the property difficult for the any buyer to decifier.
