Bob Aldi is neither, he is however, the best inspector I have had the pleasure to work with in my 25+ career. I have read many reviews not just about Bob, but a wide variety. I'm always amazed when a business is reviewed based on price. Now I understand about not paying for expensive goods and services when it's not needed, but this in not one of those instances. The cost of Bob, his experience, tools and time far outweighs the "cheap" guy. I often use the following: Price...... Service...... Quality...... Pick TWO! If you want a low price then you sacrifice Quality and Service. If you want high quality and fast service, well then you have to pay a fair price. Bob's prices are more than fair, in fact they more than justify the cost of doing business with him. He attention to detail, knowledge and experience, and quality of his report and the time he takes to do a thorough job more than pays for itself in the cost savings down the road for not being fully informed on what you are buying or selling. Bob we wish you the best of luck, and look forward to working with you again. My wife and I are truly thankful you did the inspection for us.

I hired Prime Inspections (Frank Macak) to conduct the home inspection (using the City Package option on their website) and it was absolutely worth every dollar. We accompanied Frank during the nearly three hour inspection, and we were both stunned by the thoroughness and professionalism Frank displayed. His work so clearly betrayed an impressive depth of experience and talent, and we both remarked afterwards how he seemed like a kind of Inspector Gadget or Dr. House of home inspections, as he went around the house, finding issues and in some cases using his screwdriver to demonstrate issues visually. While we were depressed with the results and had to walk away from purchasing the home, we are glad that we hired Frank to have our back for the inspection. Ultimately, his eagle-eye saved us from what would have been a regrettable money pit, and the inspection paid for itself many, many times over. Thank you to Frank, Hildy & Prime Inspections!

Michael was professional, thorough, detailed, and above all, HONEST. I understand the multiple pressures that may be on Home Inspectors/Appraisers to give a certain answer. After all, the Seller wants to sell, Buyer wants to buy, Realtors want the transaction to go through, and Mortgage brokers want to be paid an also make a smart investment. That all being said, I believe that Michael Pilipczuk's goal as a Home Inspector is to provide an honest assessment so that all parties involved can make an informed decision. For that, I am grateful. They were quick to send a preliminary and final report, communicative, and great to work with. The only thing they were "slow" about was sending a bill...I got the feeling they truly love the work they do and value quality of their services over profit. If you're looking to buy a home, I would highly recommend this company.
