I have had Insomnia cookies at an event, so this was my first time ordering from the store. The employee was helpful. The menu has a variety of combinations of cookies and brownies. We went with an 8 box which had 4 regular cookies and 4 deluxe or brownies. Their regular chocolate chip cookie is excellent. It has tons of chocolate and a soft center. My son loved the double chocolate chunk. The box kept our cookies warm for the ride home. We can't wait to try more of their yummy treats.

Meh. We originally wanted another ice cream place but it happened to be closed. Went to insomnia which was close. I don't think the worker said one word to us. It was very awkward. He most definitely didn't want to be at work that day. Cookies were good. Ice cream was better than the cookies. First and probably our last time.

Hey, cookie lovers, listen up! If you're on the hunt for the ultimate cookie haven, this is the holy grail of cookie spots, and it's getting a solid 10 out of 10 from me! Picture this: warm, fresh cookies that melt in your mouth with every bite and the best part? They come in varieties. From classic chocolate chip to decadent double chocolate, snickerdoodle, sugar cookies, rasin, peanut butter, macadamia, M&M chocolate chips , they've got it all! even vegan cookies.they also serve ice cream and have brownies, each more delicious than the last. But wait, there's more! This cookie paradise doesn't believe in closing early. Nope, they're open late, catering to your late-night cravings and sweet tooth emergencies. Because let's face it, sometimes you just need a warm cookie fix at midnight, am I right? So, if you're craving the perfect cookie experience, look no further. This spot has it all: warmth, freshness, variety, and late-night availability. Trust me, once you've tasted their cookies, you'll understand why they've earned a perfect score in my book. Treat yourself and pay them a visit ASAP!

To get to know this town better (and to make better use of my own insomnia), I've been DoorDashing, lately... and one place that STAYS a "hot-spot" even way into the wee-hours is THIS place: Insomnia Cookies! I knew - one day - I'd have to try these $4-5 (each) cookies that people as far as Pilot Mountain & King were ordering late-at-night on a regular basis! Walking in, this shoppe is quite small with just a counter visible within where you see prices listed upward and ice-cream illuminated upon the right-side of the counter-desk. Depending on the time of day, do not be surprised that nearby parking may be almost nonexistent or customers patiently (but happily) waiting in line for their chance to order for a freshly-made, oven-warm cookie!! The smell, alone, will lure you in from outside! I don't know his name but... there's a slim, black male employee with an either Caribbean or African accent & dreadlocks there that proved to be extra helpful in aiding my order process by utilizing their website (since their app was malfunctioning at the time that I was there)! He was very kind & even gave me an additional ooey-gooey original chocolate chip cookie "for my troubles!" Now... onto the official cookie that I ordered: let's just say that I now know why this place remains popular and is here to stay! I ordered the ONLY choice for me, if you truly know me: The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookie! This cookie is EVERYthing I need a cookie to be: warm, gooey, chewy, NOT small plus the right kind of sweet & salty! When I say that I've become addicted to this very cookie (and tend to return to order it weekly), don't you dare judge me! Instead, get up (no worries, Insomnia Cookies is likely to be open), get yourself fresh PLEASE... and head to 706 Trade Street. From ice-cream to a variety of both brownies and everything from gluten-free to vegan cookies, your "temporary sweet fix" is about to become something you'll soon fiend for.

Picked up a few cookies to enjoy at home and was not disappointed! Well we did accidentally get a chocolate double chunk instead of m&m but it was delicious so still not disappointed. I personally love insomnia cookies over the other popular cookie companies out there, the remind me of something more home made instead of something just made in bulk. These are cooked perfectly, a little soft but also some crunch. The s'mores cookie was my favorite and might just be my new favorite cookie! I dont live downtown but if I did and was younger this would absolutely be checking this place out late night with their late hours!

I absolutely loved insomnia cookies when I was in college so I was THRILLED when I found out we were getting one here in Winston! I chose to stay in on a cold night and have warm fresh cookies delivered to me and boy oh boy did they deliver. I live about 15 minutes from the store and the cookies were still warm and freshly baked upon arrival. The cookie flavors I got were chocolate chip, classic m&m, peanut butter, white chocolate macadamia, snickerdoodle and sugar. They were all so good, simple but perfect.

I had been here once before with my co-workers; but I finally got a chance to take my husband after a comedy show. We got the white chocolate macadamia cookie & a Peanut butter chunk ice cream on top. It was magically delicious! There was no one in there when we got there, so the service was super quick & everything looked clean & tidy. We'll be back on our next date night !

This place opened yesterday. It's a chain that is mostly in college towns. Their is street parking and also a lot on the corner for free. The place is very warm, colorful and welcoming. Staff is friendly and keeps you posted on any delays are cookies are made throughout the day. Snickerdoodles seem to be the big seller. Limited seating but walking and eating is the best. Milk and other drinks available. They also have ice cream available with the cookies. If you have never had them you must try. They also are open late and deliver within 10 miles. So excited that they have finally opened in our city!

I gotta said straight up: I'm biased. When I lived in NYC the memories of getting Insomnia Cookies, delivered warm and fresh late night, absolute perfection and joy. After lunch with a friend we went to pick up cookies: my treat. The place is small, a few chairs (not a place to eat in, more of a cookies and go!) and a counter to order with some ice creams for decking your cookies out. We went traditional: triple chocolate. After a moment we were given two incredibly soft and chocolate filled cookies: these are my favorite 'medium baked' because you're not getting a well done cookie, or a raw one-you're getting one that might be messy, but will be worth it. Are they better than Crumbl? Hell yes. Do they beat a bespoke cookie from a cute bakery? No. Are they perfection every time, like an old friend you can depend on? SURE ARE! a welcome addition to Winston Downtown!

Terrible customer service. Delivered in rain and just left them in cardboard box and got soaked and ruined cookies.contacted company they said they could not do anything......

Insomnia is new to town but they're already proving themselves. My partner and I love their cookies and had to try them once they opened, so we took advantage of a free delivery promo and got down to business. I always order the gluten-free chocolate chunk cookies (my only qualm is a need for more flavors for the gf people like me!) and my partner typically gets a wide variety such as snickerdoodle, peanut butter chip, sugar, etc. He hasn't found a flavor he doesn't like yet! And I have to say, the chocolate chunk cookies just don't get old for me. I believe we've ordered Insomnia at least 3 times in the last month - are we made of cookies yet? We haven't stopped inside yet, but looking forward to doing so whenever we get a chance.

Nata Belle's was definitely worth the try!…read more I grabbed three flavors: Sweet Potato Brownie, Peach Cobbler Pound Cake, and Oreo Pound Cake. First things first--the texture is EVERYTHING. Pillow-soft, incredibly moist, rich, and you can tell these recipes have been perfected. The quality is absolutely there. These desserts are definitely on the sweeter, more indulgent side, so for me this is a once-in-a-blue-moon treat--but when you want a real dessert, they deliver. This is not your little "I just need something sweet" cake. This is a luxury dessert. Surprisingly, my favorite was the Oreo Pound Cake, and I'm not even a big Oreo girl! The balance was perfect, and that's the one I'd come back and grab just for myself. The Peach Cobbler and Sweet Potato Brownie were both delicious too, just much richer. Great service, great quality, and clearly somebody knows exactly what they're doing in that kitchen. If you haven't tried Natty Belle's yet, I definitely recommend giving them a try.

On our recent visit I also got an ice cream special they were doing for the month of June, Summer Camp Chaos. Toasted marshmallow ice cream with brownie pieces and graham crackers, topped with marshmallow and caramel drizzle. Peach mojito tasted like a peach bellini, so that one was really good - my fiancé's favorite. He ordered the meat and cheese omelette with turkey sausage. It was a lot of meat, maybe even too much. It was more meat than egg. Then, the egg itself was lackluster. It wasn't fluffy either. Cheese was fine. Overall would not get again. But the pancakes were pretty good. It made up for the omelette. I ordered the shrimp and grits. Grits were loose in a good way. You could imagine warming them up later would be fine since they didn't start off so thick. The shrimp was okay. Overcooked but carried the whole dish to be better than it was without it. The bacon bits threw me off for some reason so didn't like that, and the cheese was fine. Overall, wouldn't order the entrees again but will be back for Friday $12 mimosa flight special and try something different to eat.
