Cookies are always fresh and delicious. It's hard to just have one, especially when they're warm.

Where do these people get off selling 16 ounce bottles of milk for $3.50? It's absurd.

I hate paying Starbucks prices for coffee, but I simply get sucked in because I like the drinks…read more We were at this location because we were in a college visit with my son. This place is very clean and had a very friendly staff. Bathroom wasn't super clean and neither were the tables where we sat, but the coffee and food prep areas seemed very clean. If you like Starbucks and free WiFi this is a perfectly good location.

If you have an allergy stay far far away from this location. They're dishonest and half the staff…read more(I suspect the more senior) are unpleasant. I came in and asked if they were too busy to run a frappuccino pitcher through the sanitizer (I would never asked if they were slammed). The dark haired woman said they weren't but they couldn't guarantee it would be 100% allergen free, and I said I understood. I thought she grabbed the pitcher and went to the back. Maybe she just went to the back. The scowling man making the drink (giant forearm infinity tattoo) seemed irritated I tried to speak to him. I told him the woman had taken a pitcher back to be sanitized for the soy drink. He acknowledged me but not much more. Then when he went to make my drink he took a pitcher from the front went to the back for maybe 30 seconds and came back out. I asked if that was the pitcher that had been run through the sanitizer. He said he sanitized it. So I asked the lady who I thought had done it and she said he took it back and sanitized it. I had to specifically ask was it run through the sanitizer, the thing that gets hot, for them to admit they hadn't and she had forgotten. There were so many ways they could have handled it. I would have happily waited or taken a refund, but they decided my allergy was less important than 5 minutes of waiting and admitting they made a mistake. They're playing semantic games with your health. Avoid at all costs. I would never trust them to make a drink. I just left. This was around 3:40 today. Also, the curly haired man who took my order was lovely and when I arrived there was 1 order for pick up and only 4 people, all at one table, in the store. Fyi I used to work at sbux. The sanitizer is basically like a hot soap-less dishwasher.

After ordering, I left feedback saying how I feel like leaving a tip after already paying an additional mark-up cost may turn some people off of ordering from BingBites. Shortly after putting in my order, I receive a text asking me to do a one-time confirmation phone call? I thought that was a bit strange, but I accepted. The so called 'owner', Danny, called me shortly after, and asked me if I was Ryan, I said yes, and instead of "confirming my order" he starts lecturing me about why I should always leave a tip when ordering from them. Danny (the owner) was so unprofessional that I had to leave a review about it.. He seemed like he was either high or drunk with how he was talking and he must have been waiting for somebody to order from his service, that he had the time within 5 minutes of me ordering to text and place a call from his personal phone. Okay... After hearing this, my girlfriend and I decided we would get our food and try to enjoy the rest of the night. That's when the last and final startling thing happened that took us both by surprise. When our delivery driver 'Neal' showed up with our food. In order to even sign for our food, it was MANDATORY to press the TIP button on his phone. TLDR: Got a call from the owner (Danny) of BingBites, who sounded high and/or drunk within 5 minutes of ordering to yell at us about how we're not good customers unless we tip. Ended up needing to tip $5 to get our food anyways. It's clear that BingBites really does bite.

They have always been friendly, professional and courteous. From the owner to every delivery driver. Highly recommend them!
