I've ordered from Insomnia cookies a few times and had pretty good experiences besides then replacing a cookie I ordered with something I didn't but I chalked it up to maybe they ran out. Overall, that didn't bother me because the cookies were fresh and delish. Every time I've gone into the store, it's a mess. My most recent time I waited almost 20 min until someone showed up. I have no clue where the staff was but since I pre placed mt order for pick up, I had to wait. They did not seem apologetic for being missing during that time and told me half of what I ordered was not ready and it would be 10 more minutes so I just opted for something else.
