I've ordered from Insomnia cookies a few times and had pretty good experiences besides then replacing a cookie I ordered with something I didn't but I chalked it up to maybe they ran out. Overall, that didn't bother me because the cookies were fresh and delish. Every time I've gone into the store, it's a mess. My most recent time I waited almost 20 min until someone showed up. I have no clue where the staff was but since I pre placed mt order for pick up, I had to wait. They did not seem apologetic for being missing during that time and told me half of what I ordered was not ready and it would be 10 more minutes so I just opted for something else. Overall, we like the cookies and the variety of flavors but service is lackluster. read more

The Cookies tasted ok! Nothing to rant about. I purchased 9 cookies with 3 free ones and the price was $32 including a $6 tip. If your order is over $15 then you'll get free delivery. My cookies were delivered to the wrong address. Thank God my phone number was on the receipt stapled to the box. The lady texted me her address & that she had it and the box wasn't opened. There's a security seal to show if the box had been opened,it hadn't! She was only 10mins away. I picked them up and Thanked her by way of text. After navigating a check out procedure that refuses a cash payment for a four dollar cookie, the chosen cookie was served, individually packaged and warm to the touch. Ah, I told myself, the wait in line, the inability to pay with cash, the overpricing itself will be worth it as the cookie rewards my tastebuds. My self talk never to be realized as the first bite found me biting in to a warm but very dry cookie that lacked freshness and palatable warmth that only comes from scratch baked goods made by people with passion for what they do. No passion in creating this cookie. No commitment to quality by simply leaving a cookie in a warming oven for a couple of days. Great idea - very poor execution. He was very patient with my kids and their changing preferences and even gave free cookies since he had made extra for an event. I love this flavor of cookie, and it is my favorite at Midnight Cookies in Gainesville, FL. Accordingly, I had to give it a try before it was discontinued. I was not disappointed. While it still lacks the freshness of a Midnight Cookie--one of my major complaints with Insomnia Cookies overall-it was very tasty, warm, and gooey. The size was generous and not too small. I definitely recommend this cookie before it is no longer offered. You will not be disappointed!
