I'm sorry but I really expected so much more from the reviews that I read. Never Frozen Burger is the advertisement but they don't tell you that it tastes like a premade patty, like the ones you would get in a high school cafeteria. I understand why this place is so popular with all of the arcade games and being so close to the high school and middle school. The alcohol didn't quite make sense in the place that seems to be geared more for kids. There was only one person working and she seemed to be a little stressed out with the seven people that were there. She was very kind, and I'm sure didn't have much to do with the quality of the food. So the tip was there, but I probably won't be recommending this place to anyone. The mix of the arcade in the bar and the ice cream parlor just seems so confusing. read more

Spectacular! I was traveling and stopped in town for the night, ordered Inskip delivery. The food arrived, I opened the box and the burger was a work of art! I ordered a build your burger, made it a double and it was huge! Lots of toppings, exactly the way I wanted it. I took some pictures, but they don't do it justice. You can tell these guys really care about their craft. If you haven't been there, you have to check out Inskip! read more

We really enjoyed everything about our meal here. Emma, our waitress was friendly and very helpful when we asked questions and for recommendations. The decor is super silly and fun, especially in the bathroom. The kids enjoyed the video games and giant connect 4. As for the food, it was delicious. Some of the combinations on the burgers were a little out there but we loved them. We got the Elvis and the Kane and some grilla balls. No complaints. read more

They have a wide variety of burgers, they taste great! However, the half dozen times I've been at this location they have gotten something wrong on the order. Consistently understaffed and the service can be slow. Went there with a group of four to a near empty restaurant and waited for our food for an hour. I still end up going because the food is good and in town but I have a bingo card for what could go wrong this time when going. read more

Finally Powell has a decent burger spot! Ask for Aaron and you'll receive exceptional service and an enjoyable dining experience. The murals on the wall, the neon signs, paint and decor make this place a fun time for patrons of all ages! Went to inskip grill after seeing reviews online. Our family ordered food to go in the store and after receiving the order headed back to the house about 5 minutes from the store. The food was not correct for the tenders we order with BBQ instead of buffalo. Along with the tenders being incorrect the sandwiches and fries were ice cold. We called the restaurant to complain and they stated the owner wasn't there to refund the food that was incorrect and ice cold. We took photos so that we could show them that the order was wrong. They said that the owner would contact us after returning from vacation. What a joke? The owner never called or emailed regarding the order. The order was disputed on the credit card and the restaurant proceeded to tell the credit card company that we receive food so too bad. Great customer service inskip. You can't even call the customer when food is terrible and incorrect. Guess the customer is never right where you guys are concerned. Worst food and service from anyone ever. Save your money and don't go there. read more

I am so glad that Inskip Grill decided to open this location. They are known for their monstrous burgers and outstanding shakes. I was invited for axe throwing with some friends. Interesting that they project digital targets, instead of the usual competitive bullseye markings. The place was packed, but service was good for us. Our burgers were massive, juicy, and messy as expected. The highlight for me was when I asked the shakery ladies to surprise me with a concoction that satisfied my peanut butter and chocolate craving - and they delivered! They mixed peanut butter, chocolate, marshmallow, and brownies with heavy whip on top just like I like! Yummmm. I also loved the decor of the place, with the games and all. They separate the axe throwing, cornhole, and arcade games from the rest of the restaurant seating with a fence. Good for groups to hang out at the bar top tables in that area. I'm happy Inskip Grill is now in Powell because I will most definitely be a returning customer. read more

Today I tried the Holtzman. This burger is topped with ghost pepper, cheddar, bacon, and jalapeños. I was amazed with the flavor. There was absolutely no disappointment here in the flavor department. The fries served on the side were hot crisp, and just the right touch of salt. We started with an order of their fried pickles, which were also served very hot, nice and crisp, and just write the amount of salt. Service was stellar, and there was no wait time for placing order or for receiving our food. The atmosphere is low-key and is a cross between grill and ice cream shop. Nice and quaint for a neighborhood operation. And again the food does not disappoint. I can't wait for the next time I go just to try one of their other signature burgers. Burgers, shakes and axe throwing! Great people, support local! My favorite is the weekly specials featuring a new burger each week. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love all the Knoxville decor and other nick knacks. I never have enough room for dessert but plan on trying it some day. They have "Grilla" sized shakes with all kinds of crazy toppings. I have been to the other location and this one is definitely more roomy with less traffic and plenty of parking. read more

Arrived tonight about 5:58 pm and got seated. Before seating the manager stated that they were short staffed. Ok good to know as that tends to delay food delivery to the table. Ordered milkshakes for everyone (4). Then ordered food after that. 3 of the 4 milkshakes come out and this is where that service went south took almost 15 minutes to a waiter over to the table. Took another 10 minutes to get the last milkshake. Meanwhile the mozzarella sticks come out in one of them has no cheese. Finally after one hour of being in the restaurant with little to no service or being checked on the waiter, comes over and says our food will be out next. 30 minutes later the food while the french fries tots are hot, the entrées burgers were not even lukewarm being more towards the cold side of the equation. At this point, the atmosphere in the establishment has turned sour. With no service at the table and cold food, it seems like the manager would have jumped in to cook the food or to make sure the customers were happy. Well, I know it's not the waitresses job to cook the food. Since Inskip Grill has moved from his original location, both locations have went downhill both in quality and quantity of service. At this point, we will not be going back to either location. read more

First time customer- ordered a double smash burger. Brought to the table 2 hamburger patties about 1/2" each. I said I'm sorry I ordered a smash burger. She took it back and then returned it telling me that was a smash burger. Clearly they don't know a smash burger is. read more

80$ for 3 burgers and we had to wait 1.5hrs for food and to top it off everything was so cold a fridge could have warmed it up
