That's right, now we have to worry about the back of the phone as well as the screen, haha. The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

When it came to my turn I was asked to return when a different employee who had better knowledge of my particular batteries. Okay, I suppose that happens. No big deal. First return visit: I'm waiting my turn in line listening to a different disgruntled customer plead her case before leaving in apparent frustration. I was told the upgrades I needed could be ordered, and they'd arrive by Friday. So, I ordered the batteries and headed home with wonderful anticipation. My Friday visit: I return to pick up the batteries only to find that the wrong variety had been ordered. Oof. I gave up and sought help elsewhere. C'mon, gang. You're the battery specialists.
