Why two stars? Good selection of material, helpful showroom staff, reasonable prices and I'm happy with the way my quartz kitchen counter looks. The estimator came as scheduled and the crew came to install it on time. That went fine, the problem was the estimator, who was also part of the installation crew, didn't measure for the sink opening correctly when he first came out. I planned to reuse my perfectly good stainless steel sink with the new counter and he didn't take into account the flange that is part of the sink. The crew took my sink outside to the driveway and tried to cut the steel flange off so it would fit, warping it and dinging up the edges, pretty much ruining it for use. They said they would order a new one for me. I got a phone call the next day from the estimator telling me they found a sink that would fit and that I only had to pay for half of it. You have to pay for someone else's mistake when, say, your teenager wracks the car up. But when your contractor doesn't measure correctly? I told him this wasn't acceptable and he complained that I was making him pay for "the whole thing". A few days later, they dropped a new sink off with a tube of construction adhesive. They had to do flange surgery on this one too, which means I will probably have to do this again myself if I ever replace the sink. The instruction was "put weight on it" when I installed it. Which I did (see photo), but the sink is still not completely flush with the counter. So why two stars? If all goes well, you will probably be happy with Insignia's work. If I had gotten an apology rather than that phone call, my review would have been higher. If I had to schedule a plumber around a busy household and wasn't doing my own plumbing work, it would have skewed lower. Maybe the luck of the draw I had a bad experience with an incompetent employee, but integrity can obviously run thin here. I would not hire again for other work, which is a shame. I have other work I'd like done. read more

5 stars for selection, service, quality and price! They have a huge selection of quartz in the showroom! I had looked at a bunch of other place and could not find what I wanted. They had every brand and I was able to see the samples and compare in the showroom. They even gave us the manufacturer info and we went to the Radianz site to see the entire slabs to select ours. They were easy to work with and accommodated everything we asked as well as a fast turn around. Ryann made the process so easy! We will be sure to send our friends and family there for sure! The prices are also better than what we found at Home Depot, Menards or Lowes. Thanks we love our new kitchen! read more

We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom vanity countertop and sink. We visited Insignia Stone and had a great consultation with Ryan (I believe her name was, sorry if I'm remembering wrong). We told her what we were trying to do and she gave us several choices and finally recommended a remnant piece of granite as that would save us a substantial amount of money over a custom piece. They offered many color options and we found a piece that was perfect for our bathroom. Once we made our decision, we made an appointment to have Jeremy (and once again I hope I'm remembering his name right) come out to measure. After the measurement was taken, we made an appointment to have it installed. They said they would be out between 1 and 3 PM on July 10 and almost to the minute they were here at 1 o'clock. An hour and a half or so later the job was finished with no issues or disappointments. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend insignia Stone. read more

Beware this supplier, Do your homework. A very expensive mistake on my part. The accuracy of the work provided by Insignia leaves much to be desired. Even after acknowledging that the work was not acceptable, the rework was only marginally improved. We had Insignia replace our counters in Winter 2018. While we were satisfied with the finished product or the end result of the job, their lack of communication led to headaches along the way. Insignia was in no way clear with us as to the plumbing work that needed to be completed at the end of the counter-top install. They made this out to seem like it would be a quick appointment with a plumber to turn on the water. In reality, the plumbing needed to be totally reconnected, which was costlier and more time consuming than implied. Additionally, they specifically asked if we'd like to use our current faucet (we said yes), but left us with a broken piece and a hole in the counters where this could not fit through. This required us to purchase a new faucet and bring the plumbers back another day to complete the work. All in all, once the specific job was out of their hands, finishing the project was a frustrating task. We are very happy with the counter-tops and their work there, however. read more

Worst Customer Service! We are building our home and forced to purchase through this company. We did everything on our end and find out that the slab we selected was damaged so they have reorder a slab from Canada. They tell us it's gonna take at least 3 weeks for the slab to come into the US and probably another week to install it thus creating a major inconvenience. Now everything has to be delayed because this company waits until the very end to order our stone and discovers that it's damaged and has nothing else available in the US.... After talking to our builder, insignia stone wanted us to meet with them to see if we wanted to select a different stone. We found a different stone that was available now and only slightly more expensive. They stated that they would try to get us a deal because of the inconvenience... instead they try to get us to sign a change order the next day and then try to make us pay by the the next week. They made no attempt to get us any discount for THEIR poor product management and THEIR damaged product but instead try to get us to pay more money for their mistakes. We will see if the product ever makes it into the house, and let's hope they don't damage it. read more
