I was given the option of getting a call-back, which I opted for. It is now 4:30pm and still no call-back. Even worse, when I called again to see if the wait time had decreased, I was told that there were -- hold your breath -- 61 callers ahead of me. Who's the incompetent bozo who runs this side of the business? And just to add insult to injury, you have to hear every minute how "a representative will be with you shortly." Has it occurred to any of the geniuses at Inland Imaging that they may need to expand their phone scheduling department to meet the needs of folks who live in Spokane? It's inexcusable and makes for terrible all-around patient care. Unbelievable. Almost criminal.

Yesterday at my second procedure there I felt less anxious which helped knowing the kind, caring, and sweet staff. My procedure was thoroughly explained and excellently performed by the Dr. and I am feeling so good and hopeful about the outcome. I called a second time and the response was I would have to pay the full price they bill insurance. I've spoken with clients who've had similar MRI's with them, and they were cash pay. They paid WAY less than what I was billed under insurance. I got the bill, $2k. I called for a relief payment (discount for full pay). They refused saying "they're a FOR profit company." NEVER AGAIN!!! I am so incredibly tired of the machinations of the healthcare industry. I should have gone to Inland Imaging in Washington!

The office actually saw my profile and knew who I was when I called....and... they fit me in that day, even though their schedule was full. I was seen by Matt (NP), and he was thorough, direct, and personable. I never write reviews, but I was so impressed that medicine was actually geared towards, me, the patient, and my comfort...not satisfying the limiting insurance rules, or waiting 8 hours in urgent care for something that should take 1 hour, at most. Firstly, the front desk staff (Lindsey) was one of the most unwelcoming and dry front desk staff I have encountered. Honestly the front desk staff are indeed the first impression and the face of the company. In this scenario I felt like my appointment was an inconvenience to her and she didn't want to be bothered. The technologist was nice enough. Had I not been in imagining myself I would have been lost as what to do. No really directions, explanations or history taking. Pretty sure it took about 1 minute total from the time I entered the room to the time they exited to start the scan. Lastly, not being able to get a CD of my images (didn't need report) was a huge inconvenience. I have a second opinion on the west side and wanted the CD to take with me.

To schedule an appointment you have to either call or do it online. I tried calling first to schedule through their automated messaging system, but it was a frustrating failure. The bot kept cutting me AND ITSELF off, so I just gave up and went online. But their online appointment system isn't the most user friendly experience either, so if navigating tech isn't your thing, you may have similar frustrations here. That being said, I had no choice but to get my labs done here. If you're in the same situation I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend making an appointment rather than doing a walk-in. I made an appointment and wasn't seen until an hour later, so I'd expect even longer wait times without an appointment. They have a TV monitor in the waiting room that displays how long you can expect to wait... all I can say is... don't trust it. When I was finally called in the staff was kind, which is the only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star review... but man... Quest is really cutting corners when it comes to other areas of customer service.
