They will quick send you to the collection agency cuz they do not combining their bills. When you're paying on your bills and one of them slips by because they're not combined. They will send you to the collection agency. It doesn't matter if it's under $50 or $5 they will report you to the collection agency. You'll have a judgment against you in less than a year. Should be a law against people like this, that do not fix their own screw ups and make the customer pay for it. Unbelievably bad phone support. Good luck getting an actual person on the phone to make an appointment. I called early this morning and was told there were 61 callers ahead of me. I was given the option of getting a call-back, which I opted for. It is now 4:30pm and still no call-back. Even worse, when I called again to see if the wait time had decreased, I was told that there were -- hold your breath -- 61 callers ahead of me. Who's the incompetent bozo who runs this side of the business? And just to add insult to injury, you have to hear every minute how "a representative will be with you shortly." Has it occurred to any of the geniuses at Inland Imaging that they may need to expand their phone scheduling department to meet the needs of folks who live in Spokane? Doctor put in a request for and MRI on 9/11, now its 9/26, still have not heard from Inland scheduling. Cant get through on the phone because "there 73 ( or 57, or 43, depends on the day) callers ahead of you in the que". Tried the deal where you leave your number and they will call you back. No call. Hi, A word of caution: Many years ago I was taken to Sacred Heart before it became Providence because of a bad fall. They gave me morphine and did an MRI/xray of my spine. Said it was okay, no breaks etc. Fast forward one year later and my doctor's office orders another MRI and it is a break. They get the original MRI from Inland and it shows the break that was missed by the radiologist. When I went in for a surgery at Sacred Heart, the surgical neurologist did an MRI and said the fracture should have resulted in my hospitalization for a couple of weeks. He asked me where I had the prior MRI done and I said at Sacred Heart/Inland Imaging. He left and came back and said yes he saw the records. Please do not rely on the Radiologist. Insist they send film to your doc for review. read more

About scheduling. I understand now that a high volume of calls could automatically transfer calls into another dept. (ie PET) I also understand that post-pandemic healthcare has been challenging, to say the least. However, it would be good to include the employees in the loop. Telling a patient they don't know what number they dialed, along with "Sweetheart, do you know what you want?" is insulting. This happened twice. Two different PET employees. After waiting more than 25 minutes, the person who finally answered my call had absolutely no affect. No courtesy either. Could have been a robot. I tried to tell her what had happened, and she said "Call customer service." Customer service is not answering. I left my number. Patients, especially our senior citizens, deserve better. thank you read more

Broken arm... Going in for xrays. 3 receptionist at the counter. Two chatty Kathy's. Not mine, thank goodness. The other two though were loud and obnoxious. Went back for screening, in the room, the gal grabbed my arm hard (pulling it for the image, OUCH). Took two more and sent me on my way (yeah f* you too). Doc called and said you broke the arm in two places (up and down). Called for the images from Inland Imaging, 4x (1st 2, hangups). Continuned call, we'll escalate to our mangement. I paid cash for these images, I own those images. Send them to me. I need to figure out how to heal this issue. YOU WILL NOT hold my images (paid for!) hostage. Send them along as you should. What a piece of work this place is. Any recommendations on mamograms and ultra sounds? Inland is not getting my buisness going forward. read more

20 minutes on hold to make an appointment. Too early to make it now ( I will be out of the country for the next two months). Too late to make it after I get back "we need 2 weeks notice at least". So what do I do -- I ask? Paraphrase: "Push back your 3 month scans later and your doctor's appointment later because we will not give you a tentative appointment as if you are paying for the scan yourself, and we are only going to wait for the insurance to authorize payments. " What a thoughtless, inflexible system. Very disappointed with this company's administrative staff - yes the people manning the lowest paid positions, etc. but truly this applies to high level well compensated managers who have devised impersonal, poorly performing people systems. Not sure how to hold top managers accountable for the completely narrow, inflexible and poorly designed systems - maximize profit, minimize law suits - to heck with everything else. read more

Every time I visit Inland Imaging, I am in and out promptly. The staff is cordial and efficient. The Cowley location is my go to spot.

Inland Imaging does not respect the Veterans Choice/Tri Care servicing of veterans. The negotiated costs are not honored and they harass the patient for payment with threatening calls even after the necessary paperwork is provided. The back of the provided at the time of service provides instructions to ensure treatment is authorized. This is the second year in a row that Inland Imaging has dishonored their agreement. read more

Horrendous. Even though our member had Medicare with a Plan F continued to bill member and harrass member. After numerous calls and complaints they still couldn't bill the insurance correctly. Finally talked to Erin "The Supervisor" who did correct the problem but was so condescending and nasty I didn't even care in the end. Never took ownership. The staff here is extremely professional and helpful. I went in for an MRI with and without contrast. I hate MRIs hand have had 4 of them within the past year for a tumor. I did great for the first part of the MRI. Then they gave me the contrast. Within seconds after being placed back into the MRI machine, I was starting to throw up. I began pushing the panic button to get their attention. They were right there with me the entire time. They got me out of the MRI machine immediately and got me a vomit bag. Both techs stayed on either side of me and were so compassionate and patient with me as I threw up and regained my composure. Turns out that I had an adverse reaction to the contrast. I've never had any issues in the past so me getting sick like that was very unexpected. The MRI techs new what they were doing and responded so quickly to my needs. When they placed me back into the MRI machine after I got sick, I was actually comfortable and felt safe for the first time ever because I knew that I was good hands. As soon as the MRI was completed, one of the techs helped me sit up and once I stood up, I was met by the other tech who handed me a water. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. read more

I had a bone density scan done in April. My Dr. Never received my results. It is now mid September and no results. My doctor tried repeatedly to contact them. No returned calls. I called and asked for the report and a thumb drive sent to me as I don't have a CD player. I had to call back again and they sent me a CD. My doctor finally got the written report but not the graphic. It showed significant change in my condition. No one should have to wait 5 months for this! read more

The staff was welcoming and kind and so was the doctor. They didn't send the biopsy to the lab! They disposed of it and I still don't have a diagnosis. The staff and doctors are irrelevant if the one reason you went there was overlooked. Unbelievable. They were very efficient at sending me the bill though. read more

I had MRIs on 8/6/22 and 8/13/22 it is now 8/22/22 they still haven't sent the results to my urologist.

Since we had to drive up from Pullman, a Saturday option was much appreciated (none of us had to take time off of work for the appointment). Staff were kind from start to finish, and worked with and around the peculiar conditions of our patient whose anxiety often spikes around procedural medical visits, but who was at ease the whole time here. read more

I had a very good experience at Inland imaging. Everyone wore masks. Front staff behind plexiglass. They took your Temperature upon entering, and asked all the right questions. Someone was wiping surfaces in waiting room. Good distance between chairs. I would definitely feel comfortable going back. read more

I had several imaging studies done over a 5 week period this year, and my experience was amazing! The reception personnel are smart, fast, cheerful and kind. The temperature screen on entry (for COVID screen) could not be simpler. The waiting room is bright and clean, not that I ever sat there for longer than 5 minutes. This location has multiple floors but they have an elevator between them- which is key if you have a broken leg and need to get it x-rayed! read more

More than 6 years ago (Feb. 20th 2010) I went and had my first brain MRI here. I am still upset about what was said by a female tech while I was receiving my MRI. My now ex bf was sitting in the room next to the control room and overheard her saying I looked anorexic and making comments about my weight. It has continued to bother me for the past 6 years when I have thought about it. That day I was called later on and told I had a brain tumor and needed to go in for an emergency brain surgery. Yes I did look pretty thin, but that's because I was SICK. This tech is working with patient's that are going through a lot and the least she could do is keep the comments to herself. I am just hoping that the tech's know that people can hear them through their control room, so that maybe another patient's self esteem isn't shattered. read more

I had a CT scan and ultrasound done by inland imaging at sacred heart in Spokane. in Feb 2021, come sept they had sent it to collections, come Jan 3 months later, the collections agency served me with a summons. when it went to collections, but before it was filed with the courts, I called Inland Imaging several times trying to take care of the 125.00 bill and they stated there was nothing they could do after it went to collections. I'm ashamed of Inland Imaging for using such a ruthless collection agency. I am one for people paying their bills, I am one that does pay their bills, this one just for some reason got lost in the pandemic bull crap. not only did this 125.00 bill go to 425.00 but empire collection supposedly sent me one statement before taking me to court. I did not receive one statement from them regarding this. the only time I heard from them was when a summons was served on me. not great business Inland, you might want to read the reviews for Empire Collections and choose to do your patients a little more respect than them. yes they may get you your money but they get themselves 4 times the money at the cost of your hard working patients. I for one will be going else were for any x-ray procedures even if it means travelling. read more

I went in for a very simple CT Scan on January 4th, 2018. I had a unusual anaphylaxis reaction to the contrast. Which I have had several times in pass with no problem. By no fault of anyone though my simple scan turn deadly very quickly which left the nurses and doctor left only with the option to give me an epi pen of which they saw immediately I was allergic too as well..seeing me go into shock unable to talk breath they made the only choice they could go with..With the ambulance on the way they worked as a team comforted my awaiting husband. I avoid Inland Imaging at every opportunity. I had an unexpected triple bypass in 2012 and was uninsured due to the "Great Recession" at the time. Income was down considerably and my savings was nearly depleted. When the bills started coming in, I was stressed about paying. The surgeon's nurse suggested I contact all the providers and ask for "a charity consideration", which I did. All except Inland Imaging happily wrote off the roughly $100,000! I called Inland and discussed my situation and stated the generosity extended by the physicians, and hospital but the rude lady I spoke to said absolutely not and that they would immediately turn my account over to collection! I wasn't even late, I'd pretty much just received the bill! I paid their bill on time which took nearly all my remaining money. My CT was read by a radiologist who commented in my report that there were no abnormalities with a particular organ. That organ was removed years ago -- it doesn't exist. How am I supposed to trust anything else he says about the scan? How many people have had their images incorrectly read by this radiologist? No response to letters to Inland Imaging and the hospital where the imaging was done. And of course they kept billing me until I paid. read more

When I checked in for my annual mammography the gal asked for my insurance card which I gave her. She then said "Oh, Premera, they cover 3D mammography." Nothing more was said. I rec'd my insurance statement showing a 165.00 charge with the explanation that this was not covered. I called Inland Imaging and was told this was the charge for 3D imaging. I advised her I was told at check in that it was covered. She couldn't explain why I would have been told that. I am not happy that I now have to pay for someone else's mistake! UPDATE: I rec'd a call today advising me that due to the fact that I was told it would be covered they would waive the charge. That is much appreciated! read more

Update: Was offered a discount which was nice of them after the fact which they didn't have to do. I didn't realize I was having 2 mri's at the same time. I care for my elderly mother and she needed a CT scan. My doctor sent the order over and I did not receive a call from Inland Imaging (II). I reached out to Inland Imaging and they were not kind or helpful. They said my doctor did not send over a complete order. I called my doctor and they indicated that they had sent over a very complete order. I played the back and forth game for 2 days with II. I did not enjoy speaking with rude schedulers that offered no options for help other than a call back - which they never made. When people need a scan they are usually not well, add to that the fact that the schedulers were rude and not helpful it made my experience overwhelming. Next time I will use a local hospitals imaging department. Inland Imaging is not the only game in town. read more

We were concerned that there was a miscommunication from our Doctor's office, and needed some additional help from Inland imaging. A lady by the name of Kristine was EXTREMELY helpful and went far" above and beyond" to help us get clarification. Her involvement was very refreshing to say the least. Been to this S. COWLEY location 3 times for appointments. Same experience all 3 times. AWFUL FRONT DESK STAFF. RUDE, always laughing & making whispering comments about patients, or something on the computer. When asking a question, looked over at the patient asking as though they shouldn't exist, daring to bother them with a simple question. I also received incorrect check in times from them twice. And these were 9 am appointments; they two women had not the excuse of having 'worked' a long day, etc., to have been consistently so inconsiderate to everyone. I was not the only one in the waiting room, giving them frequent glances of irritation. These people are supposed to be the compassionate and polite people, that are the first faces you see, when coming in to deal with SERIOUS health conditions/fears! These were definitely the 'MEAN GIRLS' in high school.... :( PS: The actual medical staff, once you come in & LEAVE THE STAFF WORKING THE FRONT DESK BEHIND, the medical staff is wonderful & very professional. read more
