When I moved to the area I had to find a new dermatologist and settled on Dr Townsend at North Idaho dermatology. I couldn't be more happy about that decision. I really appreciate her approach to care, and the way that she's willing to discuss things and research things really helps make decisions. The office itself is quite nice, I don't know anything about the spa. The staff here is all friendly. And the medical assistance all seem very professional and are also very good at their jobs. I have had some issues with the billing department, working with my insurance. But I think that that's pretty standard for a doctor's office especially a specialist. So again, I don't know anything about any of the other doctors but I really appreciate working with Dr Townsend.

She is as sweet as she can be. Dr. Dunn is always ready to listen and talk with me on something I have concerns about, and going the extra mile to help me with a couple of conditions I have had for over 30 years. I found an online appt system which I filled out and the system said I'd get a reponse in about a day. Didn't happen. I've called several times, again never talking to a live person. Forget this clinic. They obviously aren't interested. Guess I'll just wait for the heart attack.

Routine well checks are free with my healthcare yet they called it an illness visit and added a 45 minute charge fee to the insurance so I was billed nearly $250 for 15 minutes. My insurance said they billed it incorrectly to make money. I was actually only talking to the nurse for 15 minutes so she makes $1,000 per hour. This is atrocious and a scam. It's a rip off and you'll get scammed for money if you go to Ironwood.
