I challenged it and asked when was the technician here? The manager said she clocked in at 1352 hours! I again challenged the service and Yates, manager never addressed my concerns. I canceled the service without any resolution from them. It is highly likely they have been providing improper service for over a year. Husband asked them over a year ago that he wanted to be here when scheduled. That did not happen. Unfortunately they think they can scam senior citizens and veterans.

I was very happy that they were quick to respond & get me scheduled as our lawn has been getting worse by the day. We're brand new homeowners and our new construction sod was having some major issues. We tried a few things via advice on the internet but really we should have called a professional sooner than later. Eric was on time, a little early which is always good, professional and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE. He walked our entire lawn & explained everything he was seeing, gave his thoughts & advice and then answered about 100 questions from myself. We currently have above ground sprinklers, and they are not taking on customers without in ground which is no problem, I just can't believe how thorough and willing Eric was to do a full walk through and assessment completely free. They inspected my 900k home and missed ALL the major damage. The operational manager was a joke. I…read morehad to have half my house on the outside repaired along with the wood it was so rotten. He also said they don't do wood density test and they don't check the attic if there isn't a floor. Which there was and his guy missed a collapsed trunk lime. He didn't check the AC unit which has to be replaced. He DID catch a disconnected hvac disconnected. he said they don't check the AC when it's cold. If he would of ran it for 10 min he would of discovered it was low on Freon. That's just a start of what all they missed. So to get everything up to code it will cost about 200k out of my pocket to have everything fixed properly. The operational manager said he would of had the same outcome. He also told me I should of had another inspection done. So I guess if he can sleep at night knowing they rip people off then so be it.
