Excellent Company. Excellent Staff. I can't speak highly enough of Insight Global. I was brought on board with Insight Global as a full-time consultant, staffed on a government contract with a prominent IT Contractor Agency. From the moment I was contacted about the position, the Insight staff and recruiters were courteous, friendly and involving on setting me up with a job. I love how they really engaged me in what I was looking for and finding the best match for my skills. Initially, they contacted me with a separate position in mind. But after being introduced over the phone and while working out the preliminary process, they noticed I would be an even better asset on a different position. Both options were great, but they knew exactly how to match their candidates. The process moved extremely quickly thereafter - which I very much liked. I don't know about you, but interviewing and moving forward with a new position can be a very daunting task. Having someone guide you through the process quickly and with your best interests in mind is worth its weight in gold, and I love how Insight Global did that for me. The recruiter assigned to me scheduled and set up an interview with the client agency within a day of my initial contact. They were kind and generous with information throughout the entire process and really put me in the best situation to succeed at getting the job. They really took care of me. They proved to me that they had a very strong and positive working relationship with their clients ever since the day of my interview, when the Insight Global Account Manager was there to prep me for the interview. They also negotiated a very generous compensation. After I got the position, the Insight Global staff continued to help me thought the onboarding process and getting me acquainted with their agency as well as the client I was now working for. Later, when my client held a Welcoming Event for its new staff, such as myself, Insight Global representatives were there to attend and schmooze with the customer. As I've said, everyone is very friendly and engaging and really show interest making your experience the best I can be. I cannot stress enough how good they are at working with their clients. Insight Global's client relations is bare none the best I've seen. The customers love them and it shows. Their employee's feel welcomed and respected and taken care of. When I first joined Insight Global, I was excited but completely unsure of what I was getting into. As my first job out of college and my first job in the recruiting world I was tentative about how I would fit in at Insight Global. I was thrown into the fray in a culture that encouraged me to jump off the cliff and start flapping my wings. While I had a lot of support along the way I was left to figure things out on my own to a certain extent. I have loved every moment. I was entertaining an existing offer when I received a call from Insight Global, Molly and Chris in reference to an open temporary position. Chris was adimit about me speaking with the POC on site. He was more rentless about me speaking to the POC on site matter of fact so to get him off my back I got on the call. To my surprise this position is the perfect fit.
